The closeness and kindness of everyone

Family hotel, they treat you very well and with love and closeness. Good place to spend a few days and be close to everything. Good food and better breakfasts.
Good roads around to ride a motorcycle. Good weather. Very clean room. Thank you all for your work and kindness towards us

Overpriced, unsafe and far below basic standards

The stay did not match the advertised standards. The AC/heating remote did not work, making sleep impossible, and the bathroom was too cold to use. The furniture was extremely old, the bed had a plastic layer under the sheet, there was only a hard bolster instead of a pillow, and an old blanket instead of a duvet. Loud shouting continued until midnight, which felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. I had to leave after the first night, and despite this, the property refused to refund the unused night. At 70 EUR per night, this place is severely overpriced and does not meet even basic expectations. I do not recommend it, especially to anyone with minimal standards or safety concerns.

Definitely a firm favourite: a great place to go.

We've now eaten here about 5 times, each time is great! On Thursday morning, there's a full English breakfast on the brunch menu plus fab light bites such as toast & jam or croissant. The only problem is their fabulous treasure trove of pottery and baskets, which I just can't resist! The staff are embarrassingly gracious and charming (not a grimace at my halting Spanish).

Fabulous Family Run Hotel

This family run hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms on the front of the building have lovely balconies, and all have bathrooms with showers. There’s always plenty of piping hot water from the solar panels. The menu is really extensive and everything is beautifully cooked. We tried fish, meats, vegetables and puddings and loved everything. The gambas pils pils and hot rice pudding were particular favourites. I highly recommend the Arco del Sol: Antonio and Rosa and the family will make you feel very welcome.

What a little gem!

Little local hotel with a lovely bar, terrace and enclosed terrace (to suit all weathers). Greeted by the owner and their fat cat Mimi who tolerated a stroke. We only called in when passing as the terrace views looked delightful (they are) and it's so convenient just off the road from Riogordo. The menu is extensive and looks delicious although we were too early for lunch (kitchen opens for lunch at 12:00 but we only wanted a cold tapa so they very kindly stopped their prep and did ours ☺️ There's beautiful pots & ceramics for sale at v reasonable prices. We shall be back to eat another time.
