Great location. Awkward couch

If the sofa had been more comfortable and the room separation had been fixed, I would have put five stars on it.
All the directions to get there and to enter very clear and also be super useful the information they have on the web about where to park without having to go through parking. We took an apartment with two rooms but it was actually a large one separated by a mobile door, so privacy was not 100%.

Not very flexible, lack of hospitality

After we had a car accident, we couldn't cancel or change the reservation, there was no partial refund, we even had to pay the cleaning costs, although we never made it to this hotel. To make things worse: they wanted to make us pay for 'no show'. Not even a word of sympathy. Lack of flexibility and hospitality. Terrible hosts.

Very cold hotel stay

Very nice small apartment. Very difficult to check in. No one on site. Guests have to telephone to arrange key pick up, but no one speaks English so you really need to speak Spanish to figure out the procedure. The heat in the unit is not scheduled to come on until midnight, then only stay on for a few hours. No heat is scheduled until the next night at midnight. No heat scheduled for other times.

MUY BUENA ESTANCIA

Estuvimos en el apartamento del cuarto piso y la experiencia fue realmente buena. Buen anfitrión. Recogimos las llaves en el bar pegado al edificio y nos recepcionó y subió.
Apartamento grande, luminoso, muy limpio y perfectamente equipado (cocina muy completa. Tenía tostadora también).
Recomendable.

Recomendable

Ubicación perfecta, a cinco min de la catedral y cerca de zonas de bares y pubs. La temperatura del piso estupenda, cocina equipada: sartenes, tostadora, micro, nevera (que enfría muy bien), vasos, cafetera... Había gel y toallas, la ropa de cama muy bien. La única pega al apartamento fue que la mampara tenía una de las puertas suelta... Nada que no se supere gastando 20 segundos en cerrarla en vez de 5.
En cuanto al coche, se puede aparcar bien en zona azul o en parking del auditorio. Si prefieras ahorrar algo, está justo al lado de unas calles que se aparca gratis, pero hay que tener en cuenta que son todo calle estrechas y con cuestas.
El wifi se iba de vez en cuando por segundos... pero no nos supuso ningún problema.
Al ser un edificio antiguo el aislamiento de sonidos no es el mejor, se escuchaba un poco a la gente del piso de abajo y la de la calle. Viniendo desde Madrid para nosotros no fue molestia, pero por si alguien es más tiquismiquis...
Estuvimos alojados en el último piso, el 4°, no hay ascensor, pero las escaleras el primer tramo es algo más inclinada, recuerdo que es un edificio antiguo, pero después son como escaleras de un piso normal.
