Good campsite, poor management.
Campsite in a very good location, a spectacular forest and an idyllic site!
That said, bathrooms lacking hygiene and a lot of chaos regarding the plots; they assigned us the same one as 3 different families... Luckily there were more available...
Then for dessert we asked if they would let us stay a few more days and they told us we had to change plots, so we didn't accept because of the setup and teardown...
Then it turns out some friends told us the plot was still free...
A total mess, honestly.
That said, bathrooms lacking hygiene and a lot of chaos regarding the plots; they assigned us the same one as 3 different families... Luckily there were more available...

Not going back....
We only spent one night, and thank goodness, because you should run away; they put us in the far end of the campsite, they couldn't have put us any further away, everything was far, especially going with a small child (even though there were spots available). As a welcome, the sprinklers that we had to turn off because we couldn't get the caravan into the plot, with the resulting soaking we got to be able to turn them off. The restrooms were dirty, it didn't matter what time of day you went, and they were very far from our plot. I went to ask at reception if there weren't other restrooms closer, and they told me that's what there is. For the amount of people there were, it is not normal to have one restroom block and as far away as was the case with our plot. The light at night is conspicuous by its absence, like a horror movie, until you reach your plot. It was only one night to make a rest stop, because if I had to stay more days, I would lose it.

Weekend of chaos
Camping Caravaning de Cuenca, due to the poor conditions of the services offered, we do not want to be taken for fools anymore:
First of all, the lack of hot water throughout the weekend and previous weeks is unacceptable, both in the showers and in the sink areas, which directly affects the hygiene and comfort of the users. We have to shower with freezing well water.
Likewise, the power supply is unstable, with constant power outages that cause continuous inconvenience.
The general cleanliness of the facilities leaves much to be desired, especially in the bathrooms, whose hygiene is clearly insufficient for the number of people who use them. This lack of cleaning shifts also extends to the sinks and pool facilities, which are in a disgusting state. Being cleaned, it seems, only once a day.
Regarding the pool, in addition to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, there is a significant safety problem: several tiles are loose, which has caused cuts and poses an obvious risk to children and adults. Children's splash area with no pressure (my water gun sprays more). Added to this is questionable management by the lifeguard service, as absences from the surveillance post have been observed to perform other tasks that should not interfere with their main function (such as chasing customers who enter the pool with bags). That is not the lifeguards' job, dear managers.
On the other hand, the advertised children's activities were not carried out during our stay, and the ones that were done... were a disaster, to put it mildly. For families with children, it creates obvious disappointment and a failure to deliver what was offered.
It should be noted that the maintenance workers and the regular cleaning staff do their jobs with a kind and professional attitude; they do everything they can, but it is clearly insufficient to meet the high demand, which negatively impacts the overall service. There are five maintenance men for more than 400 users on the weekend. Just like the cleaning staff (four or five who clean once a day). A shame! And that's how everything is...
In short, the price-quality ratio is very poor, even more so considering the rate increases. Mind you, when it comes to taking money and having zero maintenance, they are the first in line.

Highly recommended
Very nice campsite. Beautiful and cozy log cabins that stay so cool that air conditioning is not necessary. Great beds, lovely shower. Nice sports fields where everyone plays with each other. Nice guys all. The camp shop is small, but has everything necessary. The baker who comes by in the car has delicious sandwiches.

Lack of maintenance off-season.
It is clear that at a campsite you expect nature, but not inside your cabin... (There was a great lack of hygiene in the bathroom regarding spiderwebs and bug nests)
You also expect professionalism; the receptionists needed training, which was evident when I tried to say that there was a lack of hygiene and the young woman did not know what to do. I did not intend to ask for a complaint form or anything, but the management must be terrible, because I only felt pity for this worker.
I will stick with the trip, which is why I am giving it two points because we had good times at the lodging of the friends who were going with their own RV and tent... Now... That these people who have more experience also complained that everything was very abandoned, there was a lack of maintenance in the area that is not inhabited all year round, and the shared bathrooms, I was able to verify it, were dirty from the first hour of the day. I hope that at other times of the year the cleaning service is more attentive, surely because there is more influx...
