Very correct

The hostel exceeded my expectations. Good value for money, comfortable beds and personalized attention that makes you feel at home. Ideal for disconnecting a few days. Also, the snails I tried there were delicious, highly recommended.

Terrible service and shameful treatment

Absolutely pathetic experience. I called on the phone to ask if they had a room left and they confirmed that they did. I even asked them if I should pay for it at that moment to secure the reservation and they told me no, that I would pay upon arrival. After traveling there, they told me that the room was no longer available because "they had made a mistake."
The worst part was not just the lack of professionalism and organization, but the treatment received. Instead of admitting their mistake and apologizing, I received very unpleasant service and was treated very poorly. During the conversation, they even went so far as to tell me to "go to hell," which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a customer.
They made me waste time and money and left me without accommodation due to a mistake that was exclusively theirs. Certainly, I will not return and I cannot recommend an establishment where, in addition to managing reservations so poorly, customers are treated this way.

Right.

We went with friends and the truth that everything very correct, good weekend menu and calçotada menu, quite correct for quality price.
Highlight the treatment received by the waiters, agility and friendliness. To repeat.

Worst "hotel"-experience ever!

We made our booking through the Booking.com yesterday late night (looking for fast nap on our way), actual pictures about the "hotel" of course were hidden/non visible. And there were many reason for no pictures or adequate information.
But the actual situation: wannabe hotel for 45 years without any renovation, no ventilation in offered room (or any of them), hairy bed linen as well (at least from last 3 or 4 couples who stayed in this room), greasy smells from restaurant downstairs during WHOLE night, funniest/most incompetent maitree ever... I could proceed for 6 hours (that's how long we were able to "enjoy" the "hospitality").
I'm sure that all the booking websites should stop selling this kind of crap or really bad experiences (it is NO GOOD for their reliability AT ALL). OK, i know that everybody is about the profit in this business, but please check your goods and throw out the smelly ones.
And last entreaty goes to the owners of this poor hostelito - please close it down, so you can avoid a lot of embarrassment in future!
PS - Dear La Diligencia so called members board - if you want this information in your own language, please write a comment. I'm pretty sure that word english does not ring a bell for you

Good place to take a while.

Very close to the shore and Cunit's main train station. Although you did not book in there, La Diligencia is a good place to drink or start the city tour. Cunit is a small but beautiful place to visit.
