It’s a no from us!
Would definitely not recommend. The food in the restaurants were horrible and some of them are only open a few days a week for a brief amount of time.
The taxi situation is a nightmare. As the resort is in the middle of no where there is absolutely no where to walk to and so taxis are a must! However because we had a baby, uber refused to take us as they could not supply a car seat. The only other taxi option is one that comes from Elche which is half an hour away as this is ‘their area’ meaning other taxis are not allowed to pick up in that area. These taxis are very expensive as the meter starts counting from when they leave Elche and also unreliable. We ended up being stranded out with a baby in the middle of the day with no way back because we couldn’t get a taxi anywhere and had to walk 30 minutes along a busy main road with a pram to get back. Absolute nightmare!
Because the food in the resort was so bad and we couldn’t get a taxi out anywhere, we ended up having to order uber eats back to the resort…the options were very limited and the delivered food was not good!
The resort used to have entertainment on every night. This is no longer the case. There was only entertainment on saturday night. The rest of the week we were bored to tears at night time trying to find something to do…no restaurants we could eat at, no atmosphere and no entertainment. There isn’t even a bar to go to at nighttime. There is a café that sells alcohol but that is all. We had so many nice outfits to wear at night time and hardly get wearing any of them because there was no where to go.
There is also a train that goes to the beach, but again, this only happens on Saturdays.
There was only 2 adults and a baby in the room so there was enough space for us and they were clean.
There wasnt too much noise around our bungalow thankfully so we all slept well.
We were very let down with our stay, mostly because of the lack of things to do at night. The resort really needs good nightly entertainment (even just a live acoustic singer for a bit of atmosphere), better restaurants and a bar to drink at nighttime.
Definitely not our type of holiday!

Not good treatment
There has been a lot of noise from changing neighbors on the square. Several evenings the noise continued until around 2:00 p.m. We contacted the reception several times, but nothing was done about the problem. We just got to know that it is a family resort and that the Spanish go to bed late and therefore noises late in the evening.
In addition, there were dogs tied by the neighbor’s place, who groped most of the day, while the owners were away for up to 8 hours. This was also not addressed.
Upon check-in the staff asked how long we expected to stay. We replied that we were counting for 10-14 days, but did not know it exactly. There was a reservation and withdrawal payment for 14 days with a notice that we should only contact us if we left earlier.
As we wanted to leave 4 days in advance, we were told that the money had already been withdrawn and that they could not or would refund the last 4 days. The staff seemed completely indifferent to what had been agreed upon arrival.
After many years of visit, we are very disappointed with the treatment we have received this time. Unfortunately, the experience has been so negative that we will not return.

Poor operation as well as huge amount of noise and poor handling of reception
When asked at the reception how long we will stay, we say that we don't know it completely but 10-14 days, and say if we can't just check out when we drive away, and to know that I can just set a date on the last date where we will stay, and we do so then D.10/6
So today I go up D.5/6 and say we will drive the next day (D.6/5)
Then comes the fun that we can well run D.6/5 but pay until D.10/6 !!!!!!!!! Never felt us so much to laugh and they say if I don't have a travel insurance and laugh at us!!!!!!
We wanted to travel before due to noise/ noise to late at night, and we tried to tell them at the reception 3 days ago, but their words were just “It is a family resort and the Spanish go to bed late !!!!! 0200
We have come here for several years and it has never been like now , and we will never return here again .
Fortunately, there is not so far away a quiet campsite near (Alannia Guardamar) where we will drive to.
So we have paid for 4 days when we are not here !!!! And when we checked in their words were no problems in driving before, but they just had to have a last expected travel day!!!!!
