Excellent experience

A simple and clean hotel with a truly functional and very convenient pool for guests. Riccardo was very helpful in giving us useful info about the island and answered every one of our questions or requests with professionalism and kindness.

Fantastic hotel

We are nearing the end of our 7 night stay here and loved everything about it..
Reception staff have great at answering any questions or small issues we had , take note that reception is supposed to close 1.00 -7.00 but when we arrived there was someone to show us to our room, when booking the room there were no sea view left but we requested that if a sea view room became available could we book it and surprisingly we were given a partial sea view room (2) at no extra cost but book sea view if you can. The hotel was extremely quiet night and day with mainly European guests.
The pool is beautiful and used very little as most guest ventured to the beaches , the outside area was spotless as was the hotel itself but bear in mind this isn’t a 4* hotel.
If you are a tea or coffee drinker take a kettle. There is a restaurant next door serving an excellent breakfast for €11 for excellent continental breakfast or less if you want yoghurt and fruit etc , evening prices for meals are standard for Formentera. Some form of transport bike , car etc . We would definitely stay here again without a doubt as great value for money.

Terrible

My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, often showing a rude attitude towards guests. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with dust and unpleasant odors that made it hard to feel comfortable. Even the common areas were neglected and gave an impression of abandonment. Considering the price, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and courtesy. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Excellent solution

Second consecutive year here at Lake Dorado. Hotel in a great location. A short distance from the port and St. Francis. Outdoor pool overlooking the lake very nice. The hotel is basic but has everything you need. Staff always helpful and friendly and averagely low prices

7 nights at Lake Dorado

Hotel Clean and quiet.
The small but satisfying rooms
The location is uncomfortable if you do not own a scooter or a car.
The Wi-fi to review. (poor connection)
Friendly staff
Very nice swimming pool
All in all 1 week went well.
