Relajante lugar
Estuvimos mi marido y yo en este hotel en septiembre de 2019. Está a las afueras de Grávalos. Tuvimos una habitación amplia y cómoda, aunque un poco oscura porque daba a un patio interior. El personal del hotel es muy amable y en recepción te ofrecen información sobre la zona. Lo mejor del hotel es la piscina interior con distintos chorros y muy grande, con un gran ventanal al campo. Eso sí, es un hotel para ir en coche porque no hay prácticamente transporte público por esa zona

It's a spa and bad guys
I've been to 5 spas and I can make sure this one isn't, if it's something it's a spa.
The room was chaos, with the TV on and the air conditioning also, when the air started the TV was turned off. The lights were flashing, in the bathroom there's no privacy, you're sitting in the cup next to a window with no curtain or anything

Sadly disappointed
Booked in for 1 night on route back to UK, it description was promising - however we booked a superior room, with mountain views and balcony. On receiving our room key for 129 found ourselves in a dark room with frosted glass window, the outlook onto a wall a few meters away. Returned to reception who wanted to see our email booking confirmation, even so they were initially reluctant to accept what we had booked, then we were informed there was no available room of the type we book and was offered one with view but without a balcony, we persevered and a room of the type booked was found. So a somewhat poor start but things were looking up☺️
However no bath plug in the bath and the shower head was rusty and squirting in all directions. Eventually, after a personal visit to reception (the first a phone call had not produced any one attending) a plug was found and the shower head changed.
Not good enough from a hotel you have want to go to as it is so far from anything else you might need.
I have to add the guy in the coffee shop really helpful and put himself out to assist us, pity I can't recall his name (a French name I believe)
As a hotel it needs to up its game and not rely on the word 'Spa' to get by

Something missing
I went here for a few days because I was working nearby, the hotel on first impressions is modern with lovely decor and obviously is targeting people for the spa which I didn't use so I cannot make any judgement on those facilities but what I can comment on are the rooms the restaurant and the breakfast. The rooms were nice but after putting all the nice furniture in the bathrooms they have very poor showers and my didn't have a plug so it was difficult to have either. The breakfast was OK but as in previous reviews one of my pet hates is concentrated orange juice when the country has untold orange at very little money, just cheapness. Generally the breakfast is poor with a lack of choice, I also had dinner yes it was nice without it really amazing me, what was good was the restaurant staff who pleasant and helpfull and professional. In my opinion the hotel needs to step up and tweak the little things to improve the experience for people going to this establishment.

Es un balneario con aguas medicinales y curativas, es balneario , no un hotel al uso.
Para todos los que estáis criticando el hotel , os informo que la importancia del balneario son sus aguas medicinales y curativas. ESA ES SU IMPORTANCIA. Si queréis estar en un hotel de lujo y diseño, creo que este hotel no esta para esto.
La importancia son sus aguas sulfuradas, e informo de los diferentes beneficios que presentan.
Al tratarse de un agua ácida está recomendada para diferentes afecciones dermatológicas, como la psoriasis, la dermatitis o problemas de acné. Además, también ayudando a nuestra piel, permite eliminar toxinas, uniformiza su pigmentación y calma eczemas y alergias. Por si fuese poco, ayuda a la formación de queratina y colágeno, mejorando la firmeza y elasticidad de nuestra piel, además de ser positiva para el cabello y las uñas.
Esos beneficios pueden interpretarse como propiedades relacionadas con la belleza o la estética, pero las aguas sulforadas son un gran aliado de nuestra salud. Contribuyen a mitigar dolencias relacionadas con las vías respiratorias, procesos óseos, musculares o de articulaciones, como el reumatismo.
Además, mejoran la función del hígado, regulan los niveles de glucosa, ayudan con la digestión, colaboran en la oxigenación cerebral regulan el sistema nervioso y mejoran el metabolismo de las grasas y los hidratos de carbono.
En definitiva, que quien tiene cerca un manantial de aguas sulfuradas, tiene un tesoro. Y si te queda un poco más lejos, merece la pena pegarse la escapadita, los resultados no se harán esperar.
