nice room, very well equipped with amenities, great location, and was able to store our bicycles safely in the basement.

The hotel is extremely well located, just a short distance from the Cathedral and the Monastery of Guadalupe, making it a great option for anyone visiting the city. The cleanliness was impeccable and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay.
However, there are two aspects worth mentioning. First, the soundproofing is very poor. You can clearly hear noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms, to the point where I had to turn up the volume of the television to avoid hearing conversations and other sounds coming from the room next door. This was by far the biggest downside of the experience.
Finally, the friendliness of the service fell short of expectations. The person who welcomed me was not particularly warm or hospitable.

Be very careful to give your credit card details when you make your reservation by phone.I was charged more than the agreed price, I was told that the price for a double room for one night is 65€ and charged 100€.
Worst of all, I paid 65€ for the room in cash and then the next day I was charged on my credit card 100€
I called on the phone advising what happened and they told me they were going to fix it and from March 1st to today April 14th they have not refunded my credit card, this is a full-blown fraud.
They're scoundrels.
The person who has been answering me on the phone told me that her name is Isabel, she drags me, that her bank is managing it, that they delay, that it is a small town, just excuses not to return the money and now when I ask about her on the phone they hang me.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED!!!!

Very comfortable experience
The place is wonderful, we were very comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely repeat and recommend it 100%
