Like at home

We've been at this hotel for a few days.
And it's like being at home sharing with family.
They are just amazing all the staff.
Attention is not 10... nooo... it's 100... they're unique.
I've never seen a deal like that on all the staff in a hotel. EVERYONE'S terrific.
The hotel is super clean, a unique peace and quiet, in the middle of nature. That's great.
We have problems with some food and meals and that was already the most incredible thing of all.
They didn't cook à la carte especially for us.
They asked us that we could and could not eat. That we liked, that we felt like it.
Wowwwww amazing with the full team of hotel workers.
Super friendly, loving and willing to consent to the client.
They changed my room for one with shower instead of bathtub because I have mobility problems.
And Susanna gave us all the options to choose from.
This hotel is 100% recommended.
And I send a strong hug to all the staff.

Good experience, but disappointment in the food

Hotel is not bad, the staff fantastic but the food and culinary experience you are sold was a total disappointment. I recommend the hotel but the food

Delightful hotel in delightful natural surroundings

It was hard to fault the hotel on any point. Everything was spick and span, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were very ready to help. One had to order one's breakfast - in other words, it wasn't a buffet - but there was plenty of choice, and the quality of the food was high. What's more, we were in Istán in the depths of winter, and we had the (well-maintained) spa entirely to ourselves. Add to that the stunning natural surroundings, and you have a really delightful stay!

Ideal for disconnection.

The hotel is located in a quiet area ideal for walking, hiking or visiting the village. Attentive staff and clean and tidy facilities. Spacious rooms. We went half board and both breakfast and dinner were spectacular.

Relax

In a privileged setting, the hotel is an exceptional place to relax and practice hiking.
We were delighted, the staff very friendly and the facilities very well maintained and new, we really liked the terrace for breakfast and dinner, as well as the relaxation area by the indoor pool.
We will certainly return
