Amazing hotel and staff !
Rooms are very clean and well looked after.
Location is a very to the beach with a lovely walk right along the beachfront and plenty of shops close by to go and explore.
Plenty of choice on what to do in and around the hotel, pools on the main floor and sunbathing floors higher up and roof top terrace on the 9th floor too was very relaxing and great views.

Our biggest disappointment was the room which smelled especially musty and damp the minute we opened the door. That smell did not dissipate and overshadowed the entire stay. Given that the shower glass is too small to prevent water running into the bathroom it is easy to infer that the musty odor comes from a water pooling in the bathroom area.
In addition, our room had some shards from what appeared to be a cup on the floor. Makes sense since we only had 1 cup for two of us in the room. We also only had 2 towels (total) available. The outside sitting area was also rather dusty & grimy. It appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival.
On the plus side, the location is central and good for reaching the beach, shops, and local restaurants. The price was good but I would rather pay a bit more for a better room.
Generally disappointing since we had stayed here on several occasions a few years ago and had much better luck with our rooms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay with brilliant staff
We stayed here as a group of six — 2 adults, 2 twenty-year-olds and 2 seventeen-year-olds — and had a fantastic time.
From the moment we arrived, all the staff, from top to bottom, were amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
We also had a couple of very fussy eaters in our group, but they had no problem finding plenty of food they enjoyed. There was a good choice available, which made things much easier for everyone.
The pool is a little on the small side, but it was still lovely and made for a great place to cool off and have a break from the strong Fuerteventura sun.
Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would definitely recommend it. The staff really make this place special — super helpful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We’d happily come back! ☀️

Roof top bar not open, was nice with a shaded area.
