These accessible villas feature spacious surroundings and magnificent Canarian style and may accommodate up to 6 people. Each unit comprises separated bedrooms, living room, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. This establishment boasts a sparkling outdoor pool and lush and verdant garden.

Excellent

Hi we stayed at finca la crucita at the end of Nov. The villas are set in a lovely, peaceful setting and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. The location was perfect and ideal if into surfing as the north has the best waves.
The villa was well laid out, spacious and had everything you needed. The swimming pool area was great with loungers, areas to bbq etc. It is set on a hill so the views were great.
Jorge the owner was friendly, accessible, helpful as nothing was too much trouble. We even had a late checkout, thank you Jorge.
We will definitely be back in February and already looking forward to it, I can’t impress enough how much we enjoyed our stay here! Caroline

Dangerous. Do not go.

I do not recommend going to this accommodation. The floor around the pool slides (a fact known by the accommodation that writes it in the user guide, but rather than writing it they should remedy it). We have had an accident and a family member is in serious condition in the hospital.

Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

The photos look amazing,sunny, lovely, charming...But that is all. Just well edited photographs that don't show the reality.
Reality is very different, you can see the real photos I took this month of January 2021.
The villa they gave us is dark, humid, smells to mold and is inhabitable.
I went with my husband and little daughter and we could not stay there.
As everyone knows mold cause eye and irritation, and is very bad for asthma.
As soon as we entered I could feel the nose irritation and the smell of mold. Quite common in old houses that don't get sunlight and are humid.
At that very moment we call the agency Plus Villas Lanzarote to cancel the reserve but they didn't pay any attention and refused to give us back any money.
They kept all our money and we were left without money and without a place to stay.
Very sad.

we arrived to a dirty villa not prepared and met someone from the day early with not even accommodation

We are 2 persons 67 years who arrived on the 16th sept to a dirty villa not prepared with the last persons things still in the villa- for us the emergency text was answered and we were move from the dirty very smelly villa to an equally unprepared villa but it did have clean bedding- both both villas small of very very strong mould and are really not fit for holiday lettings- we spent 2 hours cleaning the outside- we have booked properties over 30 years in Lanzarote and this is the very worst experience we have had- we were very stressed when a couple our age turned up to see if we were ok as they arrived sunday and had no accommodation ready- very sadly they have booked for 9 nights against our 4 nights-we reported the first night obviously the outside was very dirty and they promised a clean the next day- also that we could not lock the property up at all- this repair was promised daily and nothing happened- daily we had to lock our possessions in the car if we went out- how this company operate is an absolute mystery- and where this indoor pool is I don't know- this is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES BEWARE YATES

many thanks for your comments , you didn’t arrive to a dirty house , the problem was that by mistake we gave you the wrong villa it took you to go to the other villa between one minute to three minutes , after that we told you to choose between another 2 villas and you took one of them , you brooked the door of the kitchen which was perfectly and we didn’t charge , the most funny thing is the picture you sent with the food in the fridge from the wrong villa and the cleaner went to work the day after and SUDDENLY the food was no longer in that fridge… so you took that food ... no comments ,you took the food from some else .., you didn’t clean nothing from outside I assume you wrote to put more emphasis in your comments, The Indoor pool belongs to the main villa Haria it extremely clear in the website you have booked another thing is what you believe , Beware of this guest for future Host

cold place with no soul

The arrival experience was quite interesting: Although we had a booking confirmation, there was no reception at all, just a phone number to call to get the keys for one of the villas. Unfortunately, we only could get the answering machine. In addition, we called our agency in Germany - they had no success in reaching anybody as well. After one hour of waiting we tried the last time and got a voice on the line, telling me that normally he only accepts a booking for minimum five nights, however, he will make an exception because he trusts us (strange, he never saw us...), we should put the payment under the .... in the kitchen afterwards. He gave us a code and we could enter the villa. There was no hot water, so we took a shower with cold water, the whole villa was really cold, as well. After a short and cold night, even with one heater we could not heat it up, we were happy to leave in the morning. Its a really pity, the Finca looks quite nice, however, I can understand that in winter its hard to take care of (well, there was also a lot of dust), but then he should not offer it for bookings. Also, if you have nobody to speak with as real person, just over the phone when you are lucky, to get a code to open the doors - that does give the impression of a place without any soul.

thanks for your comments as you mentioned no one was waiting because no one received your booking usually 7 days before arrival we send to all our clients the check in process, the only reason because you could access to the property was for the reason you said ¨trust¨ , is not fair to you and for us to get booking without any information in advance for some agencies which do not respect our minimum stay and you and me are the only ones go has to deal with these situation , bear in mind Villas Finca la Crucita is FULL of SOUL and Care.
