Outstanding family holiday
Stayed for four nights in June with my eight year-old daughter and had one of the best holidays we’ve ever had from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations. I understand the Hotel is working towards a five star rating and it is certainly well on its way the newly renovated rooms excellent facilities fantastic food and great location all contributed to a truly memorable stay.
The location is spot on the Hotel is only around 10 minutes from the airport we had to transfer but still arrived very quickly as the second drop off. the beach is easily accessible through the Hotel exit and the surrounding area has a great selection of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. It is not overcrowded and loud but with plenty of choice. easy to get a bus from outside the hotel or taxi to travel further a field if you want to explore.
check-in was excellent. we arrived around midday and our room wasn’t quite ready but we were welcomed with a glass of cava or orange juice and given a detailed overview of the Hotel and map. reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly and our luggage was taken care of while we got changed and enjoyed the facilities. when our room was ready the luggage was waiting for us room..
The room was spacious modern and very comfortable. The smart TV was a nice touch and bathroom beautifully designed with stylish tiling, huge mirror and a wonderful shower. If I had one small suggestion it would be to add a few more plug sockets
food, where do I start? The food was genuinely exceptional and probably the standout feature of the holiday. breakfast offered everything you could possibly want fresh omelettes cooked order, wonderful guacamole and an impressive selection of pastries cakes and healthy options. my daughter absolutely loved making her own waffles using the waffle machine and pre-mix batter, it became part of our morning routine. Dinner was on another level with a welcome drink or shot on arrival. Each evening was a lovely touch and the amount of freshly prepared food available was Incredible every night. There was a huge variety that you could get cooked to order including burgers kebabs steaks prawns salmon, fresh pasta, fresh pizza, vegetables and each day had a different theme. my daughter loved the different colour burger buns and the sushi evening in particular was outstanding. The dessert selection was enormous. The roasted almond ice cream deserves a special mention as it was absolutely heavenly. We stayed on a half board basis and found the breakfast so substantial that we were never really hungry again until dinner I still talk about the food now. Hotel has genuinely outdone itself in this area
Most of our days were spent around the pool with the water slides which is fantastic for children. one thing I really appreciate was there was never any need to wake up at silly o’clock to reserve some bed loungers. They were available throughout the day.
The entertainment team struck the perfect balance. They were approachable and friendly without being pushy. activities we took part in included Aqua jump, aqua spin, Aqua aerobics, sound bath session, bingo, shuffleboard ping-pong and there were various prizes available like bags and T-shirts with the Hotel logo. activities can be easily viewed on the TV or noticeboard around the Hotel or via the app
my daughter attended the kids club several times and enjoyed it. There were also activities such as face painting and temporary tattoos before the kids mini disco. The restaurant had a dedicated children’s section too. playground was bright colourful and extremely well maintained with beanbag scattered around and never felt overcrowded
The gym was outstanding and easily one of the best Hotel gyms I’ve used. equipment was modern and plentiful and there was even a TV guided workout system if you wanted a structured exercise session. I also appreciated the complimentary access to the wellness facilities including saunas, steam rooms, rainfall shower, relaxation room. there is often an additional charge elsewhere so that was a welcoming inclusion. A small note for first time visitors. Some areas are used as a nudist area by Scandinavian guests to just bear that in mind if you’re not expecting it! the wellness facilities also include beauty and hair treatment facilities, staff and service.
Every member of staff we encountered was warm and professional. reception staff in particular always smiling and eager to help nothing felt like trouble. the Hotel made my birthday special. I received a bottle of cava in the room and had a beautifully decorated table waiting for me at dinner
evening entertainment was a good variety of live singers, acrobatic performances and entertainment after the kids mini disco. It seems to cater to lots of different taste and maintain a good atmosphere.
The Hotel delivered on every level to create an unforgettable holiday. We would return without hesitation and have already recommended the Hotel to numerous friends and family members. If you’re considering booking my simple advice is to do it you won’t be disappointed.

We love it!
Our 4th visit and we'll be back, we love it. We recommend the hotel tour, which is really a backstage tour of the kitchens, laundry, etc - a really impressive tour.

Lovely hotel never disappoints
Wow we’ve been coming here a long time now. Outstanding hotel, resort and most of all the staff. Thank you Rafael, Olga Jo Huang Yang and all the team. They’ve done an amazing job with the renovations. Lovely rooms, amazing restaurant, Swimming pools and overall feel around the hotel. The restaurant buffet is just unbelievable really- I felt guilty with the food choice. Longtime favourite will be returning hopefully.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and great food
Lovely hotel in Lanzarote. Close to airport, but planes are hardly noticeable. The whole complex is spacious, pools are spaced out with lots of landscaping, loungers, bars etc . Everything is keep in pristine order, clean and tidy.
All the staff (and there are a lot) are cheerful, courteous and helpful. Go half or full board, the buffet restaurant is one of the best I have ever experienced, so much choice and all freshly prepared by chefs at various stations. Hotel has easy access to the beach, other restaurants and bus transport.

Great family holiday.
We have just returned from our first holiday here ( 10 nights , 2 adults and 2 children age 11 ). Fantastic hotel, spacious , comfortable rooms with very comfy pillows. Bathrooms lovely.
We were all inclusive and lots and lots of choice at the buffet which was of a very high standard. My son loved the burgers - all freshly cooked. There was some wait for drinks in the evening at the bar, and at the pool bar also, which could be improved upon.
Pools were all great and the kids loved the slide pool ( and the waffles on sticks at the pool bar !) It wasn’t the usual scramble for sunbeds we’ve had at other hotels.
Great location with the beach and little shops and bars directly outside the back gate. ( and ladies doing hair braiding which my daughter loved - 15 euros!)
We took a day trip to rancho Texas which I’d recommend and was only 10 mins in a taxi.
The only negative experience we had was with the incredibly rude and arrogant man working in the downstairs gift shop. I would avoid this shop and go to the little shops directly outside. ( cheaper and friendlier. !) All other staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch and also the drinks left in our room on the last day , and sweets for the kids. We loved our holiday and plan to return !
