Dirty

My friends and I stayed a week in this hotel booked by an Italian agency that organizes trips for kids. we had a room on the ground floor, with an internal view (so we were practically in the dark and without a breath of air), from our room we could see and hear everything from the rooms opposite. We found the sheets, blankets and pillows all stained, the curtains in the room were rotten and full of cigarette burns. The “balcony” practically did not exist since we were on the ground floor, it was all dirty on the ground and the fences were all rusty. the tiny bathroom, without window and vacuum cleaner, practically after the showers the whole room became a sauna. The breakfast nothing that in the end had everything you need, both sweet and savory. The only positive thing is that at least the towels were changed every day. In the description of the hotel it says air conditioning and Wi-Fi that actually only work in the Hall. to get to the end of the week we got used to it since we just had to sleep... it was nice to be with all the guys of the agency in the same hotel, we made each other strong

Lack of professionalism

There are not enough words to describe my repulsive experience at this hotel. Do not be fooled by the outside and the lobby as they are the only parts where money has been invested for a good end. The rooms were teeming with dirt (I never slept inside the sheets): hair and blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases, stained and dirty floor and mirrors, sockets that did not work. The bathroom was clean only in the spaces most visible to the customer otherwise behind the toilet and in some parts of the same was rich in dirt. All this accompanied by the fact that there was no air conditioning (which is embarrassing as Lloret de Mar is a mainly summer tourist attraction) so we were forced to stay with the doors (locked it was very easy to open them with a kick) and open windows giving up privacy but letting survival prevail. At the buffet the food was mediocre, too bad that you were controlled while eating because you could not make a sandwich for when you went to visit the city so that when I tried to do it the food was taken from the table and thrown before my eyes. It was not even possible to recharge one’s water bottle for a minimum otherwise one would be yelled at.

Shabby benefits

The day of our arrival (22/08) at 8pm, an incredibly long check-in queue: one person at the ticket office and 50 minutes to take possession of the keys to our room! first result: the restaurant closes at 9pm so we could not benefit from half board on arrival... The room has no TV or refrigerator and overlooks a brick wall (fortunately it has air conditioning but I paid for a so-called "superior" room). There are a lot of groups of young teenagers, so rather noisy... During the whole weekend, no maids came by. The restaurant (breakfast and lunch) is worthy of hospital meals: few choices, tasteless, uninteresting. I cannot recommend this property.

Hotel to escape or avoid

Horrible hotel exterior present well but the interior to escape room small with 3 small bed where you could feel the springs and the board not stall it looks like on a boat. Bathroom by table to store the toilet set.wc not fix to the floor.rous is dirty even animals.level kitchen school canteen fried meatball no dessert.very bright and not kind.since 10 years we go there it is the first catastrophic hotel we understand why there was room.room no Air conditioning it could have put a fridge for water
