Campsite Wonderful
We have stayed to enjoy a men's event Orchestra with a very good energy, the bathrooms, the food and the staff of the campsite are wonderful. We have had an unforgettable weekend and have come and gone to the center, as the metro is ten minutes walk from the campsite and is direct line.
We'll definitely be back.

Horrible pitch
Good morning , I booked this campsite on November 10, 2025 for the Christmas holidaysw... arrived on the 29th we were assigned a horrible pitch... all bumpy and in my opinion makeshift pitch (behind there is a gate for passage, even if it was not used).... impossibility for the space to put out anything , pitch occupied with building materials of the campsite.... we immediately asked if possible to change it, as the ugliest of the whole campsite, but we were denied the request... we had already compulsorily paid everything a week before entering and we had to make it go well... it is not the way to treat customers.....

Inner city camping, with all requirements met!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at Osuna, although it wasn't perfect. We stayed here during our summer extension trip through Spain, and found this because of the proximity to Madrid, which was great allowing easy access to the Metro into the city. The two train stations nearby, as well as shopping nearby, make it a solid option for campervans. Due to it's inner-city location and proximityy to the airport there is an increased amount of traffic noise, this isn't an issue in enclosed campervans, but for those in tents or similar it means a noisier stay.
We enjoyed the atmosphere of the entrance, with the bar/restaurant and small shop, offering a great place to socialise. The offering of concerts enhances this community aspect, and makes it feel like so much more than just a campsite. It does however, feel a little impersonal, with staff interactions feeling somewhat sanitised, although not unfriendly.
The condition and cleanliness of the site is good, although it is quite a walk to the amenities. There were no issues noted of particular note, although the provision of warm water to the dish-washing areas seems to be an oversight that should be rectified. Other points that could be improved upon are the condition of the showers, with regards to finishing of the fittings, and the fact there are no paper towels or hand dryers available.
For an inner city campsite, this provided everything we needed for our few days in Madrid and would recommend this for those traveling in campervans.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Afternoon.
MY experience in this campsite is as follows, I make a reservation for 3 nights, 27/28 and 29 of this month, my son has a gambling accident in which he needs intervention, he is 5 years old, it happens to him on Tuesday 25, notice at 10 am, they tell me that not notifying me 72 hours in advance I have to pay the night of Thursday but if they return me the nights of Friday and Saturday, although I have to do it through an email that tells me, okay, I do and they answer no, that they have to charge me the full reservation, it seems to me a real abuse, I write again and they no longer answer, I have been trying to contact via telephone for two days and they do not catch it, we have been touring all our lives and this has never happened to us, not in most accommodations of course, not to us if not from nearby cases, losing two nights for is an important amount for a normal family, also cold and not able to talk to anyone.

Unfortunate treatment
Deal that leaves much to be desired. It was a great place in the neighborhood to have a few beers until not long ago. Now they prevent you from passing and communicate it to you in a very edge and superb way. Unfortunate.
