Super quiet!
I went here two days and found myself very well: the people who work there are very gentle and the hostel is in a very central and comfortable area. Below is Starbucks and lots of places to eat breakfast. Also, the rooms are very quiet.

Hotel Pinterest
The location is perfect close to restaurants, metro, sights. The super comfortable beds and decor of the rooms worthy of Pinterest. The only detail is that in only one person's room the bathroom is very small, so if a person is out of time.

THEFT from luggage
Everything was good about our accommodations UNTIL I realized that a tote bag I had purchased the day before was stolen right out of my LOCKED luggage. Inside the tote bag were 2 small purses I had bought in Florence as gifts for my kids. So in total 3 purses were stolen along with 4 bracelets also inside the purses which was purchased as presents from Rome and Florence. We had to check out very early in the morning for our flight and the management did absolutely nothing about my complaint. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and unless you install a surveillance camera, not even your locked luggage is protected at this place.

Good place to keep in mind
My grade could even reach a 4.5...but since you can't, I put 5 rounding up.
Against:
1. The noise of the subway as it passes through the underground.
2. The price paid, which is not high to be the center, but still an Inn.
In favor: everything else:
1. I sleep in Madrid with stoppers whenever I stay in the center, because a fly already bothers me. But it has a double window system that isolates a lot of the noise. And at least I the neighbors didn't even know, it's a quiet Inn where quiet hours are respected.
2. Staff always present at the reception. A nice, smiling staff that helps you. That's nice.
3. A little fridge in the room. Air conditioning.
4. A communal living room with water machine and soft drinks very cold and at a modest price.
5. Impeccable cleanliness. You can “eat on the floor.”
6. Hand soaps and shampoo-gel bottle in the bathroom.
7. Cleaning and changing daily towels.
8. Free storage service if you arrive before check-in time or if the day of departure you can still take advantage of the day and drop by later to collect your bags.
It seems that in the winter prices get cheaper in Madrid, when I thought they would be rather with the hot summer.
I will not hesitate to have it as an accommodation option in the center of downtown with much to hand without taking metro.
Congratulations to the whole team, because you do a great job.
