What a fantastic hotel, would be happy to return
First time visiting Majorca and would happily return to the hotel, it was clean, well located, modern, staff were friendly and prices for extras like the safe were extremely reasonable. Pool was clean and watch over by a lifeguard at all times. Bar was great and entertainment was varied and any loud music had to end by Midnight. Could not fault our studio (Room 214) it was perfect for our needs with a great waterfall shower that I wanted to bring home lol and had lots of great restaurants within 5 mins walk (Antic was fantastic).

Brilliant hoiday, dissapointing hotel!
When we eventually arrived at 4am, 5 of us in total - 2 rooms. we went to our rooms, we only had 2 beds in our room and no bed for our son, they had put the fold up bed in the wrong room, we werent even aware it was a fold up bed we thought it was going to be a sofa bed for him, anyway my parents room was too small for the bed, so we had to carry it to our room which thankfully was a tiny bit bigger so we mangaged to squeeze it in. ive got to say we were very dissapointed with the room, it was so small for 3 people, it was very dated and when i lay on the bed which was two singles for me and my husband, omg the creaking was utterley appauling, i have never slept in a bed that creaks so much even at thye slightest movement. It was literally the worst bed i have ever been in, my husband went to reception the next day to try and change but they wanted 600 euros to upgrade to a bigger room but it had the same naff beds in and we couldnt afford to pay that. However the bathroom had been updated and was lovely, we had a walk in shower and it was modern, i wouldnt say the rooms were overly clean they could definately improve on this. Location wise is fab, right on the beach which was great as we didnt like the hotel pool it was far to deep, but we loved the beach and the sea is gorgeous and so warm so we werent overly dissapointed. We cant comment on food at the hotel as were never ate there but the drinks were nice although service could be very slow, the outside seating are at the hotel is lovely anf great for kids, its just the rooms let it down, S'illot is a lovely area, lots of bars and restaurants along the coast with beautiful views but no night life so if your after entertainment you need to choose a different area. The aircon in the room was situated right in the corner and it just froze my husband in bed as it just blew on him, so that could do with moving to a more central place in the room. overall i would definately return to the area but definately not the hotel unless the have massive room upgrades and buy new beds.

Lovely staff but Rooms need updating
We have just turned from this hotel
And we did have a lovely holiday the reception area of the hotel was beautiful. The restaurant looked lovely and the pool area was spotless.and the staff were friendly helpful and polite But the studio room was not so good we had a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view but the room had definitely seen better days the bath was rusty in parts the fridge smelt and in two weeks it had a sweep around some days but wasn’t cleaned in 2 weeks and I had to ask at reception for a change of sheets , Would we stay here again? probably not

Filthy room with kitchen unit falling to bits, stains on sheets hole in one of the towels
Room was filthy, view from room was an electr pylon. Staff not helpful slammed the office door when we complained. Kitchen units falling to bits, no sofa. Holes in the towel and bed sheets had stains on them Worse place I have ever seen. We ended up moving as they wanted £75 extra a night for a better room.... Stay away it's disgusting. I have photos and videos if needed as we are trying to get some money back.

Can’t understand the negative reviews for this hotel/ apartments. Had a really good stay
To begin, I was very worried about staying here after reading all the reviews but I am happy to write that this stay was amazing. I arrived late at night and was met with an amazing night staff who quickly checked us in and answered any questions asked.
The room was very spacious and clean we stayed on the first floor, bed sheets were clean, I checked for bugs after reading it in a review but there was none. No mosquitoes or ants in the room either. It has definitely been redone recently.
The hotel is in a nice area with entertainment all around. If your searching for a quite break away I would definitely recommend S’Illot and Sa Coma and this hotel!
