Food,fun,fabulous omelettes
Location - perfect, right in the heart of the town and no longer than 15 minute walk to any bus stops, water sport meet ups and the caves of Drach.
Food- yummy ! I’m a picky vegetarian and I always found a good range of things to eat. Not just pasta and chips like other buffet restaurants. There were also always vegan options too! Breakfast is lovely also with the highlight being the omelette station, ramón was especially talented, friendly and kind and always tried his best to understand my broken portuñol
Facilities- the bar and restaurant are open throughout the day, although I didn’t look at the lunch time menu.
The pool is very small and quiet, it’s nice and clean and you can get a spot pretty easily most of the time, but the beach is directly across the road anyways so it doesn’t matter too much. ( go after 5pm for free sunbeds and nice cool water)
Our room was small but that’s not a problem for us, we had no balcony in the annex building but we did have sliding doors to a terrace however we didn’t really need it because we kept the air con on whilst inside anyway. Absolutely scorching heat so the good air con is a lifesaver
All in all, happy and helpful staff, great food, perfect view from the restaurant and a very relaxing atmosphere all round, suitable for all adults ️
Totally irrelevant to the hotel - but just be aware if you have booked a shuttle. Our email told us we would be picked up at the corner next to the hotel but it was actually further down directly in-front at a car park. Almost missed it

Looking to come back already
Arrival & Check-in - When I arrived, there were several guests waiting ahead of me and one member of staff on reception. Rather than letting that bother me, I ordered a drink, found a seat, and simply soaked in the breath-taking view that had greeted me. It was the perfect introduction to what would become a wonderful stay.
My Room - I had booked a sea view room, and it exceeded every expectation. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and looked as though it had been recently refurbished. Stepping onto the balcony each morning and seeing that incredible view of the sea was something that I enjoyed so much. It had everything I needed for my stay.
Cleanliness - Cleanliness is something I really notice when I travel and this hotel deserves enormous credit. My room was immaculate throughout my stay and every communal area I visited was maintained to the same exceptionally high standard. It made the whole hotel feel welcoming and cared for.
Facilities - The hotel has a small outdoor pool and an indoor pool that I would describe as more of a hydrotherapy pool. I spent many happy hours enjoying both. There is also a small but very functional gym, sauna and steam room. They were the perfect places to relax and unwind. The Wi-Fi was also reliable throughout my stay.
Food - I had originally booked bed and breakfast but after seeing the quality and choice available, I decided to add the evening buffet. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Every meal offered an impressive selection of freshly prepared dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavour. Whatever your tastes, there was something to enjoy.
Location - The location is simply superb. The beach is literally just a few seconds away, making it effortless to enjoy the sea and sand whenever the mood takes you.
What made this holiday so special was not just the beautiful room, the delicious food, or the facilities. It was the feeling that this hotel and staff genuinely cares about its guests. Sometimes it's difficult to explain why a place feels so special - this certainly did. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already thinking about my next visit.
I am now eagerly waiting for the summer 2027 prices to be released because I would not hesitate to book again. That, to me, says everything anyone needs to know.

Low quality high price
On two different evenings (out of 4 nights spent there) we saw huge cockroaches in the stairwell.
Location: the main building is in front of the beach of Porto Cristo so it is good, but as mentioned the annex (with about fifty rooms) is in a bad location with an ugly view. The pool and the spa are very small.
Service: the receptionist with black hair was not welcoming and was unpleasant. Some of the breakfast waiters were nice, others less so.
Food: a sore point of the hotel. The breakfast was acceptable but the dinner (buffet) is always repetitive and of low quality. There is, however, a decent selection.
Price: excessively high for what is offered. We will not return given the prices.
