Excellent.

Apartment 10 minutes walk from the cove of Maro. It is a very quiet village but with bars and restaurants with very friendly staff. The apartment as well as kitchenware, clean and tidy sheets and towels. We were very comfortable all week. Thanks for the offer, we'll be back.

Could have been better

First of all, it has the potential to be a great hotel, location is ideal and the hotel room was big with a large terrace balcony. However, there were plenty of issues that customers need to be made aware of.
Firstly, the A/C unit was leaking and left our balcony flooded and a bucket was left that we had to empty ourselves throughout our stay.
There was no towel or bedding replacements during our stay. Bins weren’t emptied and we did not know where we could take our rubbish.
The rooftop pool is supposed to be a non smoking area, but cigarette butts and ash completely covered the floor under the loungers meaning footwear had to be worn at all times. The pool ladders had also come loose which caused my pregnant wife to fall into the water when she lost her footing when the ladder moved from underneath her.
Hairs on the bedding upon arrival and lights not working.
The condition of the balcony was sub par with the turf peeling up where it had been flooded causing a tripping hazard and tiles along the balcony were smashed.
No parking for the hotel and the carpark across the road is manned throughout peak times and was very difficult to park (not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind)
Lastly but the biggest deal breaker in my opinion. The kitchen knife provided had actually separated from its handle and caused me to cut my hand while trying to prepare our dinner on our first night, not a great way to start a holiday.
All in all, the hotel need a serious look at to review whether the product served is the product advertised as there was a lot of issues that could have been addressed before our arrival when we were made aware of our room being ready.

A real shame

Apartment with good potential, large and well-located, but really poorly maintained, especially the bathroom, toilet and tub were unsightly, terrace not taken care of at all, kitchen equipment at the bare minimum.
Hotel restaurant with a basic menu, one evening we arrived at 9:15 PM and despite there being many free tables they did not accept us because, according to them, they had many hotel guests....hmm
A property that would be satisfying if it were seriously maintained.

Charming hotel with views of the sea and the mountains

Charming aparthotel. We stayed in apartment number 002. With a terrace and views of the sea. Very clean, spacious room, outdoor bathroom, and cozy living room. My congratulations to the person at the reception (Elena) who is charming and very kind. Likewise, I extend my congratulations to the cleaning staff. They are also very kind. We have had 5 wonderful days. Just to mention that it needs a small renovation in the bathroom, as the bathtub is high and a bit dangerous both when entering and exiting. Thank you for everything, we felt at home.

Do not stayat this place!!!

Do not book this hotel!!!!
I have travelled to a lot of places and this is not good.
Why?
The online check in is absolutely terrible.
They do not clean rooms or even fresh towels.
If you return after midnight you have to have a code to get in and that after an hour checking in was not given to us.
If you go no reception and online only then be online!!!
There are better options in Maro.
