We would love to come back.

We stayed at the hotel with two adults and two children with half board.
We had a room with a small kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. The room was well-maintained,
the bathroom a bit old but okay.
Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style.
The dishes are varied.
Every evening there was a changing selection of fried fish and meat.
We liked sitting outside and never had to wait for a table. Neither for breakfast nor for dinner.
The pool area was super well-maintained and also great for children. There were still enough lounge chairs for everyone even after breakfast.
At lunchtime, there is the option to eat at the bar, inside or outside.
The prices were completely okay and the food was good here too.
Small tip: we were at the sister hotel's beach restaurant every now and then for lunch.

The hotel is located on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. The sea is great for children because it gets shallow and there is another sandbank after a few meters.
There is a small supermarket in front of the hotel.
We would love to come back.

Stay at ease

Excellent welcome at this hotel very well located on Muro beach.
Comfortable, spacious, and quiet, the apartment is very pleasant.
The relationship with the staff is excellent.
The cuisine is also of high quality and varied. Everything is perfect for a relaxing stay.

Outstanding customer care

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. Every person we dealt with greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is located on our favourite beach - which is one of the best in the world - Playa de Muro. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating in their beach cafe/restaurant. The choices at the main restaurant did not appeal to us and so we did not eat there. However, the position of this hotel means that you can walk into the town to access local restaurants and shops. As we had a car, we tended to eat while we were out and about. As well as an outdoor pool, the hotel also offers a spa with pool, saunas and steam room. Just be aware that some holiday makers like to enter the saunas naked! Apparently, this is allowed as long as they sit on their towel! This is the one thing that disappointed me about the hotel - especially as there were no warning signs. The reception team promised to put a sign up. The hotel organised entertainment each evening - which seemed to be geared to an older audience - but this was probably due to the time of year of our stay. If you have a car it is worth being aware that the hotel will park it in their underground car park at no charge because there are limited spaces outside. We would definitely stay again. It’s also worth booking direct with the hotel because you receive a discount voucher code for your next stay.

nice hotel

Hotel has very good location, was good clened, staff was very nice, friendly and always helpful. We had only breakfasts and was quiet good. there are many options to get something for lunch on the beach and planty of restaurants for dinner. Small shop is next to hotel, so we could get something small to eat or drink.
Bus stop is few steps from the hotel. We were satisfied.

Food bad, everything else top-notch!

I have been coming here for years. The food for breakfast and at the dinner buffet has deteriorated in my opinion, it is inedible to me. That is no longer 4-star level either!! Also, the qualitative difference to the 5-star sister hotel next door is way too stark. A star really shouldn't make that much of a difference. Something really should change there. For breakfast, we therefore mostly provided for ourselves and ate dinner out. Now for the positive things: Room 1a: large, spacious and clean (actually only suites or apartments): furniture is no longer the newest - but that doesn't bother us. The beds are comfortable.
Location 1a: direct beach location on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Mallorca. Swimming in the gently sloping sea is a dream.
Staff at the reception: very friendly and accommodating.
Pool loungers are reserved by some guests, which is annoying, but there were always some available, even at full occupancy during peak season.
Overall, a relaxed hotel where you can spend a really nice vacation with some limitations regarding the food.
