A luxury, relaxing, and exceptional gastronomic experience.

Castilla Termal Olmedo exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is an absolute marvel: a historic building with a lot of charm, perfectly restored, where you can breathe tranquility from the very first moment. The facilities are impeccable and the thermal area is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy an experience of true well-being.
The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail that made the stay even more special. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and professional, always attentive to ensure everything was perfect.
The restaurant deserves a separate mention. The quality of the products, the careful preparation of each dish, and the excellent presentation turn dinner into a top-tier gastronomic experience. Each preparation was full of flavor and the service was impeccable, making the evening unforgettable.
It is one of those places that you want to return to again and again. The combination of a historic setting, a magnificent spa, excellent rooms, and high-level cuisine makes Castilla Termal Olmedo an exceptional destination. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Excellent place to enjoy relaxation and thermal waters. Nice room and the whole premises. I would like to thank all the staff for the attention received, from the front desk to everyone else. And the gesture from Castilla Termal Olmedo for us as a married couple, since we celebrated our 49th anniversary at the spa. Thank you very much. For the attention received. And we will continue visiting the spa, Olmedo.

Congratulations

Perfect hotel for work activities and even for combining with leisure, wellness, and tranquility. This time I stayed for work; good food and an environment where you can meet with clients and enjoy the typical cuisine of the area. Equipped and comfortable rooms where you can rest, and the pinnacle of the Spa where you can relax at the end of the day after a hard day of work. I will definitely repeat and will continue to have it as my first choice. A luxury.

It is not what it used to be.

We were at the hotel from July 12 to 14. The spa area is oversaturated, since they let in people who are not staying at the hotel. It is ridiculous that after the money it costs, which is supposed to be an exclusive hotel, you have to wait to be able to use the spa jets, and you almost have to run as if it were Benidorm to get a lounge chair. More people in the spa from outside the hotel than staying there, a disgrace. It is very neglected, the pool tiles have been falling off and they have left it so that you scrape your butt. Very dirty windows.
At the outdoor pool only about 20 lounge chairs and not a single trash can. The lifeguard stands under the hotel roof, far from the pool with no visibility at all (it is on a ramp). I know because I sat in that area since we did not get lounge chairs either of the two days. In that area there are tables with chairs. If a swimmer gets dizzy in the water, the lifeguard will not see them by any chance.
The restaurant, the quality of the food is good, however, if you are a big eater you will be left wanting, they serve you less food than in the army. I am a normal eater and I was still hungry after having a first course, second course, and dessert.
In the rooms, curtains torn at the top. Looking out the room window, you can see how there are broken roof tiles with the consequent danger that they might fall and hit someone, since our room faced the spa's small outdoor pool. As I said, very neglected compared to what it was in its beginnings.
Those were the days, when they would even make up your room again in the afternoon and leave complimentary chocolates.

Shame on you

It is a shame, we booked directly at hotel website, and we choose because this hotel allows pets. On arrival, we travelled by car, the lady on duty immediately screamed that our dog was too big and the hotel won’t accept this. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. Their were no apologies or even a tip for another hotel in the area.

Unfortunately, your dog did not meet the requirements regarding the maximum allowed weight to stay at the hotel. Our pet-friendly policy permits dogs up to 25 kg, as rooms are specifically assigned to ensure that the space is sufficient and comfortable for all guests. When the dog exceeds this weight, unfortunately the stay is not possible. In addition, we must ensure that every guest at the hotel—whether traveling with pets or not—can enjoy their stay comfortably, and that guests with dogs and those without can coexist harmoniously during their stay.
This information is sent in advance so that guests have the opportunity to review the conditions before their arrival. Our receptionist informed you of our dog-friendly policy upon arrival. She explained the situation in a polite and respectful manner, following our established guidelines.
