Fantastic adult only hotel
Atmosphere is amazing, Abel has gone above and beyond, food is amazing, very clean, bar staff friendly, pool lovely, lots of sun bed availability, cleaners change room every day, great location, easy acces to shops, restaurants and pubs, nightlife fantastic, reasonable prices in the hotel bar, one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and would definatley come back

Beware of money grabbing hotel.
On holiday at the Panama for a week now. Let me start with the positives: Staff friendly and helpful. Special mention to Dana the entertainment lady who was very approachable and arranged games and quizzes throughout the day. Room was clean and tidied every day. Good size bathroom and shower good, although could be a little bigger. Pool was lovely but again could be a little bigger but perfectly satisfactory. Ample of sunbeds.
Now for the negatives:
1. Safe cost €51 with a €10 refund at the end of stay.
2. Towels are. €10 each but you do get that back when you hand in your towel at the end of your stay. NOTE: if your towel gets wet, like mine, through a torrential downpour, and you request an exchange for a dry towel, No, you have to pay €1
3. Be aware that the bar in the hotel is card only, no cash so don’t bother changing too much spending money.
4. Although there are plenty of sunbeds there are very few umbrellas. You have to go out early to get these. Some are broken and discarded, it would be a good idea if these were repaired.
5. The pool is lovely but there is no shallow end. I am 5’8” and have to stand on tippee toe. It would be much more enjoyable if there was a shallow end dropping gently to a deep end. After all, not all of us are 6’ tall and swimmers”. The good thing about the pool is that does have steps going down with a handrail.
6. Food in the main isn’t too bad. You get a good selection of salads and desserts but dinners are very few. Meat you can’t cut and vegetables that don’t go with any combination Choices very similar every day, vegetarians might struggle.
7. Beach is referred to as being a 2 min walk. Don’t believe it is more like 10-15 minutes and a hard slog uphill on the way back. If you want a sunbed and shade on the beach, the cos is €24.50 for two beds and shade.
8. This hotel claims to be a 4* but I and many of my holidaymakers believe this to be incorrect, more like 3*
I will not be returning to this hotel and I doubt they would want me, I just wish TUI and the agents were open about holiday hotels. If they don’t know then they should be inspected regularly so full disclosure can be passed to the customer.

Regarding the safe and pool towel deposits, these conditions are clearly stated and are standard practice in many hotels. The €1 charge for exchanging a pool towel during the stay is also part of our towel replacement policy, which helps us promote responsible use of water and laundry resources.
Our bar operates as a cashless outlet for convenience and security, although cash payments can still be made at Reception.
We appreciate your comments regarding the number of umbrellas and will take them into consideration. As for the swimming pool, its design and depth are part of the original construction of the hotel and cannot be modified, although we are pleased that the access steps and handrail made it easier to use.
We are naturally disappointed to read your opinion of our food. Our buffet offers a wide variety of salads, hot dishes, freshly cooked options, desserts and themed dinners throughout the week to cater for the different tastes and nationalities of our guests. Nevertheless, we appreciate that personal preferences vary, and your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team.
Regarding the beach, our hotel is located approximately 200 metres from the seafront, and walking times may naturally vary depending on each guest's pace and the exact area of the beach they choose to visit.
Finally, we respect your opinion regarding our hotel classification. Our 4-star rating has been officially awarded by the competent tourism authorities and complies with all the standards required for this category.
We appreciate both your positive comments and your suggestions for improvement, as they help us continue enhancing the experience we offer our guests.

WORST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED IN MY LIFE
We came here for 4 nights mini moon after getting married last week .On first impressions walking into hotel, looks and smells lovely but omg does it change . If you don’t mind not sleeping your entire trip this is for you . Hens/stags are allowed to come to this hotel and they have woken us up between 12-3 am every night of our stay. Zero respect for anyone trying to sleep . Running up and down the corridors , chapping ppls doors. Screaming like 2 year olds . Then there’s the food, absolutely freezing twice we complained to manger about how cold it was and food was taken away we ate out 3 nights except the first night we got here to try it . Only thing we did have was breakfast as you could get a hot omelette made for you or pastries. Leftover breakfast put out as snacks We will never do an adult only hotel again, there’s older ppl holidaying here and they have zero respect that their trying to sleep or anyone else

Regarding noise, while we do our best to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, guest behaviour is not always fully within the hotel’s control. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any disturbances reported during the stay so that appropriate action can be taken when necessary.
Concerning the food temperature, we would like to highlight that our omelettes are freshly prepared at the show cooking station and served immediately, which is why they are naturally served very hot. The rest of the buffet is continuously replenished and monitored according to our temperature control procedures. However, as with any buffet service, food temperature may vary depending on the time taken by guests while selecting different items around the buffet before returning to their table. For guests who prefer their meals even hotter, microwaves are also available in the restaurant area.
As an adults-only hotel, we welcome a wide variety of guests looking to enjoy their holidays in different ways, while always aiming to provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Not a 4 star. Don’t waste your money on all inclusive
The hotel was basic, for a 4 star the rooms had a lot of wear and tear, marks on the walls, housekeeping was a issue, the floors weren’t cleaned, bins emptied. We experienced a lot of noise from other guests, banging of doors at all times of the night.
Food was a huge issue for us, was recently stayed with Barcelo group in a 4 star hotel and the food didn’t compare to this 4 star hotel. The options were basic, poorly presented and a lot of issues with choice. We noticed a few guests had issues in terms of pork cross contamination with there religious views, this wasn’t an issue for us but i noticed it a couple of times. We only ate in the restaurant twice and when i say ate looked at the food. Tried 1 or 2 things that I could eat and got up and left. The hotel lacked atmosphere and some of the staff were rude especially on reception.
