Great location
The only problem with the hotel was the delay to check-in. Our check-in was at 2:00 p.m. and we only received the key at 3:30 p.m. and greatly interrupted our plans, but the staff was always very inquisitive.
I would come back, for sure

Front desk staff was NOT friendly. She was quite rude and dismissive. Did not enjoy neither of the interactions i had with her

We are glad to know that the location, check-in, check-out, apartment space and cleanliness were positive points. We will gladly share your kind words with our housekeeping team, as they work hard to keep everything spotless.
Regarding breakfast, we take note of your comment about some items running out later in the service and will continue working on replenishment during busy periods. About the apartment temperature and street noise, we understand how this can affect rest and will review it with the corresponding team.
Concerning the kitchen, its equipped use has an additional supplement, as indicated in the booking conditions, since it requires specific preparation, utensils and cleaning.
