Excellent

Excellent hotel! The staff is very kind! We had a problem with the air conditioning but they have compensated us very well and were very willing to minimize the inconvenience! I definitely highly recommend it! And we will definitely be back!

Super

Mega beautiful hotel (we were here 2 times). Since 2024, a lot has changed for the better. Staff is very friendly, rooms are large and clean. Pet-friendly and very, very attentive.

Great

Once again... our little refuge when we need to disconnect, and even though it is 5 minutes from home, it feels like we are 1,000 kilometers away.
Wonderful as always, and wonderful staff.
Housekeepers, receptionists, cooks, and all the staff behind the bar at both restaurants.
And especially and with much affection to Mónica and Sebas, for their professionalism, their smile, and above all their human quality.
A hug to everyone.

¡Muchísimas gracias Álvaro por volver a confiar en nosotros para vuestras escapadas de desconexión!
Nos hace una ilusión enorme saber que, aun estando tan cerca de casa, logramos que os sintáis a miles de kilómetros de distancia. Eso es exactamente lo que buscamos ofrecer.
Trasladaremos vuestro cariñoso mensaje a todo el equipo (camareras de piso, recepción, cocina y barra) y, muy especialmente, a Mónica y Sebas. Les va a emocionar muchísimo saber que su trabajo, su sonrisa y su calidad humana dejan una huella tan bonita en vosotros.

very disappointed

This is the 4th time I have been to this hotel and always in the summer, in the summers of 2022 and 2023 everything was great, both in quality and services, in the year 2024 it started to disappoint me not only because of the quality of the food but because of the very late hours at which they cleaned the rooms (after 5:00 PM), even though I said I would not go back I decided to give it one last chance, mostly because of the quiet environment in the surroundings, I have been there for a week 15 days ago and the truth is that my experience has been disappointing, not only for failing to meet the schedule they say for cleaning the rooms but for the little variation there is in lunches and dinners, by the third day I no longer knew what to choose, a disaster, although it is true that the little that there was was quite tasty, in fact despite paying full board, I decided to have dinner or lunch out for a few days, infinitely worse than other years, also the quality of the cleaning in the rooms is quite improvable. On the other hand, I must say that the staff is attentive and professional, and the beach is very quiet, in short, the evolution of the last 5 years has been quite negative and the price paid is too expensive for what they offer

Le agradecemos que vuelva a compartir sus comentarios y que siga valorando nuestro entorno tranquilo, la playa y la amabilidad de nuestro personal. Sin embargo, lamentamos profundamente que en esta ocasión su experiencia general haya sido decepcionante.
Nos gustaría informarle de que este año hemos reforzado los horarios y los equipos de limpieza, por lo que nos extraña enormemente lo que nos comenta; actualmente, rara vez las habitaciones quedan pendientes más allá de las 15:00 h, garantizando siempre tenerlas listas antes de las 16:00 h, tal como marca la normativa.
En cuanto a la restauración, aunque nos alegra que encontrara los platos sabrosos, lamentamos que la oferta le resultara repetitiva. Nuestro sistema de semi-buffet cuenta con una amplia variedad de platos principales a elegir que se marchan y cocinan al momento, buscando primar la frescura y la calidad frente al buffet tradicional. No obstante, tomamos nota de sus observaciones para hacer los menús más dinámicos.
Nos hubiera encantado conocer su opinión directamente durante su estancia para poder haber buscado soluciones al momento y asegurarnos de que disfrutara de unos días perfectos.
Agradecemos sinceramente que nos haya dado esta oportunidad para evaluar nuestro servicio; sus críticas son fundamentales para seguir ajustando nuestros estándares. Un cordial saludo.

Less and less satisfactory

We have been visiting this hotel for two years; this was our fourth visit, and it will be the last.
The restaurant has not improved; the food is still more than average.
The rooms are becoming outdated.
We booked directly with the hotel at the request of the staff during our last visit.
No notable price difference; we even paid for parking when we had never paid before. We were not informed of this extra charge during our phone reservation. For us, it’s over; this hotel will no longer be part of our semi-annual stops.

Nous tenons à nous excuser sincèrement pour le manque d'information concernant le coût du parking lors de votre réservation par téléphone ; ce supplément aurait dû vous être clairement communiqué et nous allons revoir nos protocoles de réservation pour éviter ce genre d'oubli. De plus, nous prenons note de vos remarques concernant le vieillissement des chambres et la qualité de la restauration afin de les transmettre directement à la Direction et à la Propriété pour de futures améliorations.
