Exceptional Value for Money - A Hidden Gem Near Santander

Residential Santamaria is a real hidden gem and, in our opinion, very underrated accommodation. For the price, it offers incredible value and is an absolute bargain. We genuinely couldn't fault it.
The location is great too - Hergom is around a 15-minute flat walk away, making it very easy to reach on foot. There is also a bus stop nearby with regular services into Santander, costing less than €2 and taking around 15 minutes.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, but the owner was there to greet us and couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. It made a great first impression and set the tone for our stay.
The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided and the beds made every day, which was an unexpected touch at this price point and really added to the overall experience.
We would also highly recommend taking the ferry across to Somo for a day trip - it's well worth it and was one of the highlights of our visit.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Residential Santamaria to anyone looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation in the area. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Santander and the surrounding area.

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia en este lugar.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, atención muy buena, aparcamiento privado, muy buena relación calidad, precio. A diez minutos de Santander en coche. Desde luego si venimos por la zona volveremos aquí y lo recomendamos cien por cien.

Un lugar idóneo.

Nos encantó la amabilidad del dueño. Además nos recomendó qué visitar. Llegamos por la noche y teníamos las habitaciones preparadas, muy bien decoradas, con calefacción, hervidor de agua caliente y otros detalles. El servicio de limpieza excelente. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, bonito, con parking e ideal para visitar Santander o los alrededores. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin duda. Excelente.

Muy buen lugar

Perfecto trato e instalacion recomendable volveré ....fui para una reunión de negocios y para ser dos estrellas a mi me pareció de............Y........................... ....... .. .me encantó.. y se lo recomiendo y lo recomendaré y porsupuestisimo a todos mis amigos y me he fui super contento de la reunión....

HORRIBLE

Todo sucio, aire irrespirable, mobiliario roto. Mantenimiento, higiene y atención cero.
Una inspección de sanidad no la pasa ni con recomendación.
Protestamos por el olor a alcantarilla y no hubo solución, cobrarnos 200€ por dos noches. INACEPTABLE
