Great hotel!
To begin with, the staff is excellent! They are kind en welcoming. Shout out to Ernest from the kitchen! Great Guy!
The rooms are also good, but can be better. The pillows are a mediocre and the airconditioning can be better, but except from that the rooms are great. The cleaning staff cleans great!
The pool is Very nice, the view is even better! The gym can be bigger but the basic needs are there. And we tried the pool table en the white ball did not come out a couple times but except from that also great!
All in all, a great hotel!

The hotel is around an hour’s taxi ride from the airport, costing approximately €95 each way, so it’s worth bearing this in mind when booking.
When we arrived, we were told there was an issue with our room and that we would need to spend our first night at their sister hotel, Alua Soul, which is around 7 minutes away. Unfortunately, we weren’t given the option to stay there for the rest of our trip and had to return to the original hotel for the final two nights. We had to check out of Alua Soul at 11am but couldn’t check into the other hotel until 3pm, leaving us without a room for several hours. The extra checking in and out was inconvenient and took up a significant amount of our short break.
If you’re staying here and planning to visit Cala d’Or, be aware that it’s around a 45-minute walk away. Taxis were almost impossible to get because the area was so busy. One evening we waited for the tourist “ting ting” train, which many people use, but it never turned up.
Cala d’Or itself was extremely busy, and many restaurants had long queues. On the other hand, the marina was absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit.
Cala Egos is a lovely little area with a nice atmosphere, although it is quite small and there isn’t a huge amount to do.
Our room was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, making it feel hot and humid throughout our stay.
The food was fairly basic, and we weren’t particularly impressed with the drinks.
The staff were friendly and did their best to help whenever they could.
Overall, I think the main issue is that the area is simply too busy, and the local infrastructure and facilities struggle to cope with the large number of tourists during peak season.

Be prepared to be hot and sweaty your entire stay.

We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to deal with high temperatures throughout your stay during the summer hot waves achieving 37ºC and 90% humidity... , and we regret that the air conditioning in both the rooms and common areas did not provide the level of comfort you expected.
