Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a really good experience.
The apartment was squeaky clean when we arrived, and the location is prime. Everything we wanted to do in Sevilla was easy to get to, which made the trip a lot more enjoyable.
The staff was friendly and pretty responsive whenever we needed something. We requested extra towels a couple of times, but it did take a while for them to be delivered. Also, keep in mind that WhatsApp support is only available from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, so make sure to communicate any requests during those hours.
One thing to be aware of is that apartment cleaning during your stay comes with an extra charge. We asked about having the apartment cleaned and found out it wasn't included.
Other than that, everything was great. Clean apartment, great location, friendly staff, and a smooth stay overall. Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was luxurious and spacious. It was very well stocked up with everything we could need. There was also a safe. The location was very central and easily accessible for all the attractions, shopping and restaurants

Communication with staff per WhatsApp was very smooth and without any stress.
Reserved the Duplex room and used the sofa bed as well. All beds were very comfortable.
Although the accommodation is located in the middle of the city, it was very silent inside the rooms and we could sleep very well.
As mentioned already, the location of the apartment is really good making it easy to access everywhere within the city.
Can really recommend this place.
