Cool place, unbeatable location.
Well, a charming place. We were in the Duero apartment, the one on the highest floor. All good. Very quiet master bedroom. Correct bathroom, another room for 1 pax equally silent. Enough kitchen for a weekend for a family of up to 4-5 people. Cozy living room, with a very large dining table. Maybe it needs a little more light at night on the dinner table. The viewpoint is extraordinary, in front of the main door of the Cathedral. Everything very clean. The person in charge's treatment was very agile, easy and pleasant. Thank you

Good but lots of little problems
I stayed here with my partner and baby for 2 nights in the one bed apartment for 4 people.
Apartment is in a building containing several holiday rentals opposite the cathedral. Fantastic location. No car parking but there is a small public car park round the corner. We had no difficulty finding space but in high season you might. Apartment was on first floor. Looked like there was a lift but it wasn't working.
There is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is tastefully furnished. Views of cathedral from the front window in lounge. Kitchen not well equipped even for basic cooking. We ended up just eating salad and that had to be served in a saucepan. No wine glasses, kettle, cereal bowls or tea towels and very limited utensils. 2 ring induction hob, old microwave and filter coffee maker. Fridge with small freezer/ice box. It's a shame there is no oven or washing machine.
Bedroom also nicely furnished. Terrace leading off bedroom is large but not really somewhere you'd want to sit. There is a small plastic table and 2 chairs. Bathroom a little dated. No bath mat which is a shame as the shower leaks. No plug for the bath so couldn't use it.
Included wifi was very slow, repeatedly cut out or just not available for long periods. The night before we left the manager brought a booster in but that made no real difference.
Noise in the building really travels. You can hear everything from the stairwell and apartment above. Bedroom is at the back so no street noise.
I wouldn't stay here again unless self catering was absolutely necessary.

Hemos estado en el apartamento de 2 personas
El apartamento está bien, muebles cómodos, con espacio... lastima que la limpieza fuera muy descuidada (muchas telarañas, bichos, polvo...)
nada de vistas a la catedral, está en la planta baja, da a un patio interior descuidado y sucio.

No se puede dormir allí,al lado hay una discoteca y hasta las 3 que cierra imposible dormir,según el dueño era tranquilo .pues no sé cuándo ,
Caro para lo que ofrece y encima hay que pagar cuando llegas y con dinero ya que no se paga por Booking ni con tarjetas.

Situación inmejorable a buen precio
La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en la plaza de la catedral. Muy cerca hay una zona de aparcamiento muy amplia por lo que no resulta mucho problema que se encuentre en zona peatonal. El apartamento era bastante amplio y confortable aunque estaba en la planta baja y no tenia vista a la plaza (esto ya lo sabíamos al contratarlo; supongo que los apartamentos con vistas serían bastante mas caros). La relación calidad precio es buena
Se echo en falta un poco de mejor mantenimiento del apartamento; algunas cosas, como la mampara del baño, estaban bastante viejas, aunque eran excepciones. También algunas cosas necesitarían un poco mas de limpieza.
