Comfort and great location

New and modern structure. Great location, convenient to both the beach and the center; close to the metro and various bus stops. The rooms are functional and accessible by code. There is the possibility to leave your luggage in the locker. The staff is very attentive and available to meet the needs of the customer. We had a great time. Recommended.

Dirty, impersonal and in a bad neighborhood

The apartment was dirty: the fridge and kitchen utensils with food scraps, dust in lamps, plugs full of dirt... basic kitchen (only plates, glasses, cutlery and two pans). In the shower there was shampoo but gel in the sink, out of the shower. In front of our complaints the hotel staff were not surprised.....Impersonal treatment and bad neighborhood, impossible to find parking

everything perfect

Very clean room.
Location well connected by metro and tram, in a short time you get everywhere.
The girl who works at the reception very nice and helpful, also gave us many tips on where to eat and what to do in the evening.
Really recommended

Both mattresses and pillows were very good, the sofa was a bit hard, but acceptable. Everything very clean. The kitchen has everything basic, there is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The worst thing was the televisions, there was only one remote control, if you turned off one the other would turn on, both at the same time impossible.

小心這個住宿
Tener mucho cuidado al reservar en este establecimiento, nosotros hicimos una reserva el día 23/10/2021 para alojarnos el 28/05/2022 a través de Booking.com, cuando un día antes de la llegada me envían un correo electrónico que no van a poder alojarnos porque no hay disponibilidad.
Me ha tocado rápido y corriendo reservar otro alojamiento por un precio tres veces superior.
Menos mal que Booking.com sí que son serios y me responden por la diferencia que voy a pagar, pero tengan ustedes cuidado quizás sí se hace la reserva directamente con el establecimiento u otras webs de viajes no sé tenga tanta suerte.

Be very careful when booking at this establishment, we made a reservation on 23/10/2021 to stay on 28/05/2022 through Booking.com, when a day before arrival they send me an email that they will not to be able to stay because there is no availability.
I have had to quickly book another accommodation for a price three times higher.
Luckily Booking.com are serious and they refund me the difference I'm going to pay. But be careful, maybe if you book directly with the establishment or other travel websites, I don't know you will be so lucky.
