Our new favourite hotel in Valencia

5 minutes walk from the main cathedral square.
Our new favourite hotel in Valencia. Very beautiful modern design incorporating medieval elements and history of the building.
Immaculately clean with water, coke and snacks free in the minibar.
Excellent helpful staff. Great valet parking.
Good value for a 5 star. Spa opening soon

Absolute 1st class

From our arrival at the door the service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff we encountered was exceptional. They recommended restaurants and booked them for us. The recommendations were superb. The room was stunning (room 31) so clean and the attention to detail was impressive.
Breakfast was 5star, all requirements catered for and service was also 5star.
I will recommend Caro Hotel to any of my friends and family. Thank you for making our 3 night stay perfect.

Indulgence.

Beautiful modern Hotel with a sense of style. We enjoyed the hospitality, pool and food. The location is in the old town where everything is within walking distance.

An oasis of calm and luxury

The hotel is located in a quiet street but only minutes from the main historic landmarks. At night our room was perfectly silent and dark, coupled with the comfortable bed, our sleep was wonderful.
With only 26 rooms and numerous members of staff the level of service is top notch and all the staff were friendly, polite and always ready to assist with our needs.
An added bonus was the free minibar in the room, stocked with snacks and soft drinks and on returning to our room each day we found small cakes and treats had been left.
We were hesitant to leave a review purely because having discovered this oasis of calm and luxury in the heart of Valencia we wanted to keep it a secret for future stays!

The staff in this hotel were incredible and really set it apart. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home and they couldn’t do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. Beautiful location and in easy walking distance of all main sites. Would highly recommend!
