The Dr Waksman hostel

I stayed here for a week while i was looking for accommodation here.I found it to be very clean, neat and tidy.The room i stayed in was basic but very comfortable.The gentleman running it was very helpful and friendly,as was the lady who was there.They leave you alone unless you need something then noth
ing is too much trouble.Also it is only 15 min or so from the centre of the city.The price was reasonable, for where it is situated.As you would expect there is no restaurant or pool.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione

Semplice affittacamere all'interno di un'appartamento nella bellissima zona di Ruzafa, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo;
Possibilità di bagno in camera, il bagno è piccolo e minimale ma ci si può accontentare, lo consiglio.
Ci tornerei solamente per la comodissima zona, ne vale la pena, piena di bar di tapas, etc..

sin agua caliente desde hacía tiempo y no se solucionó

Sólo tenemos que decir que no ha sido de nuestro agrado el apartamento que hemos alquilado al Sr. Peter, pues sabía que desde hace tiempo no funcionaba el termo de agua caliente y nos dejó durante el fin de semana sin podernos duchar con normalidad, sólo con agua fría, aparte del lavavajillas que tampoco funcionaba, no es justo lo que nos hizo aunque nos descontó 50€, de un total de 530€.
No obstante pondré una reclamación en la oficina del consumidor, no ya por nosotros, sino por que no le suceda a más nadie. Hay que ser más serio Sr. Peter, como lo hemos sido nosotros.
