La ringraziamo molto per aver condiviso la sua opinione e per aver evidenziato la nostra eccellente posizione.
Ci dispiace sinceramente che la camera non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. La pulizia e la manutenzione sono aspetti fondamentali per noi, quindi ci preoccupa apprendere che ha trovato tracce di ospiti precedenti e che, nonostante il servizio di pulizia fornito durante il suo soggiorno, la situazione non sia stata risolta. Le porgiamo le nostre più sincere scuse per qualsiasi inconveniente causato. Condivideremo i suoi commenti con il reparto competente per esaminare l'accaduto e rafforzare i nostri protocolli di pulizia al fine di prevenire il ripetersi di situazioni simili.
