Excellent service
Fast service, very friendly waitress, Jorge was very attentive to the table, and the food was very good.

To forget
We had good references, all lies. Since we arrived at the restaurant the experience has been to forget. After the disaster to place us at the table, 90 minutes of fateful waiting follows. 12 € euros 6 frozen kibbles. The cold lamb chops and 4 counted, the pen drier than the waitress's attention. At least after telling them they give us 3 desserts of whatever is less homemade. We're not coming back.

The suite is not suite.
We spent a night in the suite room for our anniversary. Suite whose state of preservation leaves much to be desired and more at a rather exorbitant price for the location and the services of it. Now I understand how to pay for the owners' Macan Porch. Leaked ceilings, holed and cracked plasterboard, damp walls, roof mold, bugs throughout the room, including cockroach puppies coming out of the shower drain, and not one or two, water coming out from under the artichoke, faucet from the loose Jacuzzi, some jets that do not work and cleaning of this, leaves much to be desired. To highlight positively the bed and pillows.
When we arrived they tell us that the TV was not working, that they had been calling us all week, which is not true, since even we called them and have several unanswered conversations on their part on different platforms. That we change rooms to a triple without the jacuzzi (at the same price as the suite) or that we ran out of TV, well we were not going to watch TV. But then they tell us the milonga that a supposed technician comes that afternoon to fix it. You get in the hot tub, you don't get in, you take a nap and get caught by the ball technician? Don't worry, that technician will never arrive!!! We were eating a delicious chop at the restaurant. The rather stingy brunette waitress. At dinner we were also good and the Service fantastic. Conchi is a marvel. The decor is very nice, but it gives the feeling that they are letting that die. Too bad, give some affection to the rooms and even more the suite and I would revive again.

Very expensive prices for what they put
Very little food and very expensive when they serve the table do not even know what they bring especially very little food for the prices the meat wing ember does not seem to be Iberian as the menu says the garnish very scarce and that which are baker potatoes only put 4 potatoes on top of each other the dishes very scarce

Extremely poor service & overcharged
I arrived very late at Hotel La Brasa after having car troubles and asked if they had any rooms available. The person at the desk said they had one room left for €140. With nowhere else to go, I reluctantly accepted.
Later, I checked online and saw the same room listed for €80–€100, which made me feel taken advantage of—especially as it seemed clear I was in a desperate situation. When I contacted the hotel, they claimed I had booked the “superior suite.” But there was nothing superior about it: a small room with a double bed, overlooking extractor fans and rubbish bins.
Breakfast was included, but it consisted of packaged pastries and coffee—hardly anything worth mentioning, and certainly not enough to justify the price.
Looking through other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place and suggest looking elsewhere if you want honest service and fair pricing.

The prices for all rooms are listed at the hotel entrance, at the reception desk, or on any of the booking websites we work with. The claim that we offer the same room at other locations for €80/€100 is false; they must be other rooms, not the Suite. At no point do we charge more or less depending on the desirability of our guests; that's a serious accusation we won't allow. As I was saying, you see the prices up front as soon as you check in; if you're not happy, you're free to go elsewhere. The hotel's complimentary breakfast consists of coffee or tea and your choice of toast (not a special one) or pastries. However, if you chose pastries and thought they were subpar, you could have opted for toast... Doesn't the price seem right to you? We can agree or disagree, but we won't tolerate being accused of dishonesty and lack of transparency.
