Excellent location!

Hotel under renovation, excellent cleaning, brand new reception, very kind and helpful staff.
Convenient underground garage, quick check in and check out, room ready even if we arrived before check in time.
Excellent location, in a few minutes walk you get to the old town, a few meters from the tram and bus stop.
The only flaw is the windows that are not soundproofed (you can hear the street noise, especially on the first floor) and the lack of the fridge in the room (but you can see that they will put it shortly, because there was predisposition). Availability of always fresh water dispenser near reception.
Excellent price/quality ratio!

Awful.

​If you are nostalgic for the most "casposa" Spain of the 80's and looking for an extreme "vintage" experience where maintenance shines through its absence, this is your place. For the rest of the mortals, staying at this B&B is the closest thing to participating in a survival reality show.
​***The state-of-the-art “Climatizer”***
Special mention should be made of the cooling system. Informing the manager that it was impossible to sleep because the air conditioning was not working and we were at 30 degrees, his technical solution was of amazing brilliance: "Open the window." An answer worthy of a NASA engineer. Thank you for the advice, it had not occurred to us that the solution to a service that we paid for and did not receive was to invite noise and mosquitoes from the street in.

Sleeping in that oven is already a risky sport, but they compensate for it with thematic decor: dust accumulated on every corner and shelf, and a bathroom where rust is the main protagonist. The mattress, the only decent thing, came with surprise: we woke up with a set of stings that we strongly suspect are bedbugs. A nice souvenir we didn't order.

The buffet seems to be run by someone who hates humanity. Waitresses have a divine mission of not replenishing anything.
Is the milk running out an hour early? They bring you a 200 ml jug (surgically accurately measured for a single cup), forcing you to beg for the rest.
You want some butter? They bring you 2 individual servings for a table of four. It's fascinating to see how they bring the concept of "savings" to the level of absolute ridicule.

The staff is not only unpleasant, but has the resolving capacity of a stone. We don't know if it's out of sheer abandonment or direct orders from a management that seems to enjoy the disaster.
​In short: If you’re looking for dirt, war rationing, and ventilation tips worthy of the postwar era, welcome! We are clear that this is the first and last time. Next time we will go to an Ibis or an AC, where at least the milk is not counted by drops and the air conditioning is not an open window.

Bad, it is only usable for its location.

It has been integrated into the company B&B Hotels and therefore now it is a place where you have to do your everything, Check-in, Check-out, etc. so you probably won’t find anyone at reception at certain times. If you need to talk to the Hotel before you arrive, it is impossible, as the Tel. No. is referred to the B&B Hotels headquarters where they can not help you in your question. Cleaning is acceptable, but what is unacceptable is that they only put one bath towel hanging and another hidden in the closet inside a sealed bag and with the suggestion that you not use it appealing to climate change. In my opinion a towel is necessary per person in a hotel room. Parking is also available, but they try to dissuade you from using it by not booking a place. It is an impersonal and expensive hotel for what it offers, the B&B style that is taking over the cities.

Unfortunately, I never set foot in a hotel in this chain again.

Unpresentables, I was wrong in the month of booking, when I arrived at the hotel I realized my mistake. I paid for the 2 rooms at the normal price and they did not cancel the reservation I had made for 1 month later, they did not give me the option to change it or a bonus, for another time (for company policy)
Unfortunately, I never set foot in a hotel in this chain again.

Bad, I do not recommend

Very bad,
Very old and careless hotel.
Very poorly soundproofed, the windows of the room seem to be open with the noise coming from the street, the bathrooms of the other rooms sound like it was in ours.
The bed only had sheets with an outer temper of 11 degrees.
Linen of one of the beds broken, unacceptable.
Bathroom had not a glass and with hair on the floor, poorly cleaned.
