Paradies on Earth
What a wonderful location. A little piece of paradise. From the extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the well-maintained, stylish, and authentically furnished bungalows, to the extensive selection and high-quality food, right down to the recreational activities—everything was top-notch! Not to mention the well-maintained yet natural beach. Nestled in the heart of nature, this spot is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Stayed here 2 times 1 night. It is a beautiful place. I loved the beach villa's. The bedding is of very high quality, i love the setup, you can enjoy a nice view of the beach, sea and islands. Both times i booked cheapest room and upon arrival you can upgrade with 50% discount depending on availabillity. Got lucky the second time! Also their food, the quality is really good. People are nice and friendly. The infinity pool os a nice bonus, sea is perfect to swim in. I saw a couple who were sitting on the beach in chairs being served food, and drinks, bottle in nice ice bucket, great setup around sunset. Ofcourse there are some points that can be improved,the pool has many tiles missing, the jets are not working. Also i ordered toom service my last day twice, in the afternoon a nice soup and sandwich wich were great. I ordered for roomservice a curry. I think they really tried, especially having fresh fish in it, but it had no crab as indicated. But mostly it was more a watery soup then a curry, and i already had soup. As there are no phones in the room i could not complain, i ate the 5 shrimps but had to leave everything else as is. I asked them to remove ot crom the bill upon check out, at this price range and especially when you clearly were not satisfied, most high qualoty hotels would understand and remove the food crom the room and bill upon check out. Apparantly i asked something crazy, the looks i got and a sorry you have to pay where their answer. I have no problems paying, its less than 0,1 % offhe room price ;-), i am just not used to this in high quality situations. normal would be to ask and learn, what did i not like, what could have been done, and as the meal was clearly not eaten and stil on the room, there mist have been something wrong, so keep the guest happy and understand that.

Beautiful stay
Staying here after 3 nights in Bangkok which was well needed before we head for Samui.
The views are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are kept so clean and tidy.
But the main takeaway from the stay was how helpful the staff have been and how lovely they are as people.
Shout out to the lady who had just started working here! She done and incredible job and here smile is infectious!!!

An inspiring and relaxing magical place. An incredible view that makes you dream. A Welcoming of Extreme Kindness
We had an amazing time at the nest. An arrival with a magnificent view. A warm and attentive Welcoming by a very attentive and available team. The kitchen is delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the place is very suitable for a family. The children loved the turtle ride and the local activities done with the help of the hotel that advised and guided us. I recommend this little piece of paradise where it is good to live and smile. Thank you all for your kindness. ☀️

Worst customer service
The location is quite secluded away from hustle bustle of town, yet it did not offer many of the minimum elements to make you want to stay in rather than trying to find what to do around the area( which is not much) The city is about 20 min away in a car with no traffic, and there's nothing nearby. The rooms were modest, clean, and the view was beautiful. Food was average. The owner was terrible. We booked 3 rooms for 6 nights. On day 3 aircon in my room started to misfunction, and my room was one at the very top, which means stairs, since the rooms were now equipped with phone lines to communicate to lobby. Up and down I went, demanded to be relocated to another room, which they did at the end. The next morning, we were asked to move back to our room, without any initial explanation, simply..the aircon was fixed. Mind you, we didnt get a room upgrade, it was the same type of room. So I pestered on reasons for moving us back, asked few times on whether or not the aircon was fixed (trust me you dont want to walk up and down to lobby in the middle of the night), finally the owner explained that I had to move because my current room is a connecting room, and guest were arriving for that room. I understood that, hence I agreed to move in the next couple hours. I cant say that I wasnt upset, I was going to be moved twice in less than 24 hours! The owner simple said that he wasnt pleased with the way I spoke to him, and offered to CHECK ME OUT! Gosh! I had my family with me, one of them injured himself on the way there, so I made a decision to complete our 6 nights stay miserably. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Despite the owner's stuck up attitude, it is so far, it took us than 10 hours to get there for what ? nice view(the only good thing there), so so food, basic service/facillities, and horrible terrible absolutely unheard of attitude of an owner!! To to it all of, I didnt hear any apology from him for the mis functioning aircon, moving us twice in less than 24 hours! I only heard it from a young boy who was effortlessly trying to fix the aircon, helped me carry luggages. With his limited english, we offered to communicate via whats app and used google translate. That was customer service! The lobby staff insisted I communicate via Line (which I dont have), and gave me a number that I couldnt contact (I proofed it by dialing it at the lobby). All in all, the place could use improvements, some things were deteriorating, and it just didnt cut it to travel such distance, and experience such unacceptable treatment.

I m glad you took the time to write a comment so I can answer you and clarify the situation. There are no words to express how rude person you are. You have been screaming and insulting my staff several time because you air-condition does not work. So, you got what you deserved. I indeed told you that next time you talk to our staff like this, you will be asked to check out. The fact that you are a costumer doesn't t give you the right to treat people like this. We will never tolerate such a behavior like yours. Regards to your friends who were actually lovely.
