Very nice value for money

Very nice staff, very clean, a bit close to highway passing by.
Superb view over ricefields in the back with mountains in the background.
The pool is not useable for anything but breeding mosquitoes, very unpleasant and unapealing.
Shower was way above average, plenty of water and bathroom was overall very nice.
About 10 minutes to town in taxi.
Breakfast is ok, egg, sausages, toast and salad with juice. Free coffee and water.

Avoid this place

Booked through booking dot com and was given wrong room type, smoking room, no towels, closet with no hangers, bathroom window has a clear veiw from next door but guy at hotel said windows are tinted. Fine during day but when light is on in room they can see you well. Attitude from front desk even after all the issues. Noisy from road which I expected but can hear both next room and room above clearly.
I would inly stay here as a last resort and its not, many other choices nearby.

Great stop on way to Mae Sai boarder.

We stayed here for two nights in early May on a border run to Burma. The place is brand new and it shows. Interiors of rooms are fairly well fitted out (esp for so far north without paying the big bucks). We would rate the King sized bed a "comfortable" by Thai standards, although more than one pillow each would not have gone astray. Only one English channel on tv, lifestyle kinda stuff. Its more than 10mins to the Mae Sai border, probably closer to 20mins, but the drive is pleasant. Breakfast was included in our rate. Pretty decent. Egg, ham, two saussages, two toasts. Tea instant coffee and cereal on a help yourself basis. View from rooms is beautiful over rice fields and to mountains that get awesome sunsets. This hotel is right on the highway so you can hear some tracfic noise, but the rooms are nice and dark so we didnt have any trouble sleeping. Bathrooms well designed, clean. Small mini fridge with two water bottles and two glasses. Nothi g else. No twa/coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly staff, husband and wife team with a 4yo son. Nice effort on their behalf. Would stay again. Did not swim in pool, it only recieves sun in the morning and is out front so although its well screened from the street, the traffic is noisy.

Really nice hotel !

Good value for your money 
Brand new hotel.
Staff is really nice, they speak a good English.
Really good food in the restaurant, they prepared us a special menu, because we were tired of rice, they prepare a tasty Thai coconut soup! It was delicious, homemade with really fresh vegetables, pork, rice noodle....So good ! 
Very good location on the highway form Mae chang to Mae sai, close to the tea plantations...
A little bit noisy when we arrived but it's getting better later in the night.
Rooms are big, really clean, nice decorated with design furnitures, which is rare in this area ! 
Breakfast and dinner area is really nice too.
Good wifi.
Nothing to complain about ! 
We definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, brand-new place and great service!

Great location, between Doi Tung and Mae Salong. Next to the big highway that goes up to Mae Sai so difficult to miss. The place is brand-new and great view of vegetable gardens and the mountains in the back. Fresh countryside air in the morning :)
Restaurant is great. Basic choices but very nice, home-cooked food. Laundry service is efficient and prompt on delivery. No need to worry that the laundry is not in before we checked out.
Rooms are great. Very clean and very modern décor. Enough power plugs for the notebook, cellphone and mobile devices :)
Service is excellent. They understand and speak English very well. Very friendly and helpful staff, got good local recommendations on food and places to visit.
A great base for day-trips to Mae Salong, Mae Sai and Doi Tung.
