Brilliant Thailand

Everything we asked for we got, even we we asked for a move to the villas outside. Fantastic staff and management. Look forward to going back and staying in the zign through the zign, in September 2025. So convenient for us to get around, and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

My family used to love to stayed at this hotel, I haven’t come for a long time. We stayed at this hotel this time for our mom memory , she loved this hotel . It’s disappointing to see our family favorite hotel looks more ran down. Staff at the front desk not friendly, doesn’t feel welcoming. I booked 4 rooms. When we checked out, one of the room missed one key card , we get charged 200 baht. We travel so often , but for sure we are not coming back.

Huge hotel with long queues

Huge hotel, clearly a favorite among Thai families—and apparently also a museum exhibit for early-2000s interior design. The decor and staff uniforms feels dated, and the room design didn’t do much to change that impression.
We arrived over a busy weekend, so naturally there was a long check-in line. To be fair, the hotel seemed ready for the chaos and the line moved surprisingly fast—arguably the most efficient part of the stay.
Then comes the highlight: a 2,000 THB deposit. For key cards. Yes, key cards—those fragile, high-value items worth approximately a few baht each. Always reassuring when a hotel of this size feels the need to financially insure its plastic.
The pool area is genuinely good, and there’s a small beach, which helps. Breakfast, however, is where patience becomes a requirement rather than a virtue. The dining area is far too small for the number of guests, so expect another queue—this one slower, more committed, and with fewer redeeming qualities than the check-in line.
Pro tip: arrive very early or very late. Or embrace the full experience and just get comfortable standing in line.

Beautiful resort close to many attractions in the area including the Sanctuary of Truth. The view of the ocean is more industrial as you can see the dock where fishing boats come in, but still a great view when there is a high-tide. Not such a great view at low tide. There's multiple swimming pools and they are great. Breakfast was awesome.

The accommodations by the Pattaya Sea, complete with majestic pools and waterfalls

The Zign Hotel Pattaya, a five-star, saltwater hotspot in North Pattaya, perfect for a chill-soaked vacation by the sea, is just a short walk from the historic castle. The accommodations feature a building zone and villa zone, a large two-story pool, highlights on a waterfall that runs from the pool upstairs downstairs, like a nature park, a corner to relax and a cafe, Z Beach Restaurant, an orange cafe on the beach to chill by the sea, lots of photos, and delicious fusion Thai food.
We stayed in a superior room with sea view, 1 double bed, 1 small bed, beautifully appointed room, desk, living corner, well-equipped facilities, bathroom with bathtub, private balcony with sea views.
Breakfast is a buffet menu, featuring a variety of Thai and international options.
There''s also a variety of spa rooms, a full gym, and a kids'' zone.
