Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service from Mind
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and a special thanks to Mind at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Nice hotel with excellent service at good location
Pros
1. Convenient Location: A bit far from the city center, but right next to the BTS station, with a fully-equipped shopping mall downstairs.
2. Excellent Service: Front desk and staff were professional, polite, and handled inquiries/requests very quickly (10/10!). Restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful.
3. Facilities & A/C: Hotel facilities were overall sufficient, and the room air conditioning was strong enough. Beddings are clean.
Cons:
1. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Noticeable stains, aging furnishings, peeling wall paint, and mold in the bathroom. Slight odor of the toilet. The air conditioning also had a slight odor and needs regular cleaning.
2. Breakfast: Limited variety and a fairly small dining area.
**Overall:** A decent hotel with reasonable price but regular maintenance and upkeep by management would greatly improve the guest experience. I would certainly go again if the CONS are dealt with.

Attended Business meetings at Avani,
The venue is at prime location, you have easy access to metro, mall, restaurant and spa

Hotel does not return your room security deposit..
This hotel and maybe the group that owns this hotel, seems to be in the habit of not returning the additional room deposit they charge you. So beware, booking at this hotel. They charge you an additional security deposit, and do not refund it at checkout, and say it needs a month to do the return, and then never does..
