Pros:
•Easy access from the MRT station
•Public areas like bathrooms and toilets are well maintained; maids clean regularly
•Affordable price for a short stay
•You can request daily bed-making; housekeeping knocks and changes towels every day
•Guests are generally respectful of each other
Cons:
•Very hot. The air-conditioning system pulls air from outside, and only the first ~30 rooms feel cool. As you walk further in, it becomes noticeably warmer. If your room is located deeper inside, it’s hot and almost unbearable. I asked the staff to adjust the air-conditioning, but since the system is basically just a fan drawing in outside air, it didn’t help. Overall, the atmosphere was barely comfortable.
•No shared kitchen or pantry area
•If you arrive before 14:00, you must wait—early check-in is not allowed at all
•Limited shared seating space for eating takeout food
•Rooms are very small and won’t fit large luggage
•Poor soundproofing: when guests in nearby rooms slam their doors, you can feel the vibration, even on the bed, which is very annoying
•Hallway carpet smells bad / has a stinky odor

Then that key card did not work with the front door, but it did work with the room door.
Thats a bit annoying.
