Excellent choice for Solo traveller, not for young families in my view,

This a fantastic place, i enjoyed every minute of my stay, the hotel staff were very nice, pleasant and very professional. The location is terrific, right in the heart of Soi 11 off the main Sukhumvit Rd, which is very close to the MTS Nana Station. The Hotel has its own Tuk Tuk which you can request take you to the MTS or collect you, which i found a real plus on the very hottest and most humid days. The place was immaculately clean, and I had a super room, and a cleaner named Zin who was funny and giggly and did an expert job of cleaning up my room every morning. I booked the top of the range room and it was huge with a galley kitchen, separate WC room, a bathroom with bath shower and sink, and finally a lovely bedroom. Two huge AC machines were an absolute necessity, the humidity is high in late May as its the start of the rainy season. They warned me on arrival the room i had been allocated was at the front overlooking Soi 11 and its bars and was likely to be noisy, but frankly i hardly noticed the noise once the thick curtains were drawn. The hotel pool was nice also but more of an exercise pool being long and thin, many guests I saw were using it to do many lengths as part of a fitness regime. Breakfast was ok with a chef cooking you fresh scrambled eggs or omelettes. There was juice, fresh water melon and other fruit, salads and other asian hot breakfast options. Only complaint it would be better if the fruit and juices were kept under ice cold conditions as they became warm if you breakfasted late. Final thoughts, if you don't like people of Indian decent I would not advise staying here. Many Indian families were there when i was and I did grow tired of there loudness and inability to keep there kids under control, as well as there lack of consideration for other guests of the hotel, whilst just relaxing in the reception area. This hotel is excellent value for money, I would highly recommend.

Worth the money

Inexpensive, only stayed for a night. The aircon was incredible!! The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. The pool/facilities were also great (a little small though) breakfast was okay (saved by the egg station!)
