Best hotel in Pratunam Bangkok
We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The room was super clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel lobby was very welcoming. There’s also a luggage scale available. The location is great very close to 7 Eleven, Pratunam, CentralWorld Mall, and more.

It is the worse hotel experience in my life. I strongly recommend all those who are looking for a decent 3 star hotel. This is not where you want to be.
I booked the hotel for 4 nights (2025) and I was given the room 604. The photos on the website is vastly different from what is given and I checked out after the 1st night. As service, room and overall standards are not where near acceptable.
1. Room is small and you will not have space to open your luggage to pack. (see photos)
2. Doors are unsecured, outdoor lights can still be seen. Sounds are clear as day even when doors are closed. If your neighbor coughs. You will know. (see photo)
3. Toilet is functional but drainage is chocked. Toilet door is poorly maintained.
4. Towels are dirty af. (see photos)
5. Lift can only take 3 pax with luggages. It is slow and it seems to be unstable when moving from the top.
Woke up at 4am due to 602 constant coughing. Informed the reception to ask him to handled. Reception said he will investigate. Nothing was done. Coughing continued till 5.15am. Didn’t have a good night rest at all. Worse hotel experience ever in Thailand. The 4-5 star reviews are a major suss.

Its basic, very basic. If you just need a place to stay while you visit the night market in this area its ok. Seems tailored to service the shop owners who come to this night market to buy stock to resell. It's not really the sort of place to take the family or wife for a weekend away in Bangkok.

We was told the hotel room was fully booked upon our arrival. The hotel staff was sent us to another hotel so call “Blk B”. The assigned room was highest floor and the sound barrier was very loud. The second hotel location was not convenient and unable to book Grab. We are very unstatified about the arrangement.

The hotel location is ok but the rooms are very small and cockroaches came out near rubbish bin. If you are a lone traveller and on budget, might work but not for the families or holiday vibe.
