Exceptional Birthday Stay

I had an amazing birthday stay at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. Every single department made me feel valued. The front desk provided a welcoming check-in, and the housekeeping team did a phenomenal job decorating our room with beautiful touches on flowering the bed by GiecGRO and lovely birthday gifts.The Executive Lounge team made feel right at home, and the chef deserves massive recognition, the food was absolutely delicious as I like with my preference being remembered. Thank you all for making this birthday stay so unforgettable. Highly recommended!

My JW Marriott Lounge Angels

I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Lounge at the JW Marriott Bangkok, thanks to the outstanding service from Ai, Bambi, May, Natty, and Som. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit to the lounge enjoyable and comfortable.
Their excellent customer service and hardworking attitude truly stood out. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, and their professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay even more memorable. Thank you for such an exceptional experience!

Fabulous hotel

Just spent 6 nights at J W Marriott and as usual I had a fantastic stay. Everything about the hotel suits my needs. Khim always greets me from my taxi and always seems to remember my name. khim and his colleagues deserve recognition. Reception staff at the executive lounge are also so kind and helpful, especially BB & KJ. Danielle, Tukta and May look after me so well and even after months away, when I return they always remember my preferences. They are amazing and make my stay comfortable on every visit. Viyada, Renu, Mam & Bee from housekeeping kept my room spotless. Great hotel, one of my favourites whenever I’m in South East Asia

Very good hotel, breakfast buffet was diversified, the only 2 minor issues I had were first the Arabic shakshuka on 1 of the days were replaced by staff long time, I could not find anyone to even ask that plate was empty. Second, on of the late nights, the door keeper didnt stay by the door when I had a guest coming, instead he stepped few feet and start talking and laughing with the coworker on the concierge desk. Other than these, very nice hotel and good location

Great

Everthing is great. The hotel is amazing and the lobby so nice to hangout. Service is the best you can find in the world not just in thailand.
