Nice hotel, good location & very caring staff
Nice hotel, very well located (only 15 min walk away from siam paragon) and such caring staff.
The rooms were spacious and AC worked perfectly fine.
We tried both restaurants “Flavors” Buffet & “Fei Ya”, very tasty and with a good variety of dishes.
The staff were very caring, always checking on us if we needed anything with a good eye to detail.
Special thanks to Nattachai (Boo) Rattanasiriwech, he made our stay feel definitely more personalized and we felt very well taken care off.
The rooms were spacious and AC worked perfectly fine.
We tried both restaurants “Flavors” Buffet & “Fei Ya”, very tasty and with a good variety of dishes.
The staff were very caring, always checking on us if we needed anything with a good eye to detail.

Noodle station at breakfast
Employees are very friendly, location is perfect, Great breakfast experience especially chef Eian, all the kitchen crew especially at the noodle station, had breakfast for 7 days and everyday is different noodles and super delicious especially boat noodles and quality beef make it so tender.

A very special thank you to Kho-Pong and Pie at the Renaissance Bangkok.
From the moment we arrived, they made a real difference to our stay. Their service was exceptional, but more importantly, it felt genuine. They went out of their way to make sure that my colleagues and I were supported, comfortable and made to feel truly valued throughout our time at the hotel.
I have spent much of my professional career travelling around the world, so I have experienced many hotels and many different levels of service. I pay particular attention to how people make you feel as a guest, and Kho-Pong and Pie were outstanding.
They were warm, attentive, professional and always willing to go that extra step. It is often the people who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and they absolutely did that for us.
Both are a real credit to the Renaissance Bangkok and deserve special recognition for the way they represent the hotel and look after its guests.
Thank you, Kho-Pong and Pie. Your kindness and professionalism were genuinely appreciated, and I hope the hotel knows what a fantastic asset you both are.

Amazing stay with 5 star service
This hotel made our Bangkok trip truly remarkable and unforgettable. We had such an amazing experience !!
Everyone at the hotel was very kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurant and lounge, the staff were always friendly and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
I would especially like to thank Henry, the Director of Room Operations. He was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and he always made an effort to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and lesser-known places to visit in Bangkok. Thanks to his suggestions, we were able to discover parts of Bangkok that we might not have found on our own. It made our trip more interesting and memorable, and I really appreciated his personal attention.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and having a bathtub was especially nice after a long day of walking around Bangkok.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the Club Lounge. There was a good variety of food and drinks, and the lounge was a very pleasant place to relax during our stay.
The location of the hotel was one of the things we liked most. The BTS station is right in front of the hotel, so it was very easy to get around Bangkok. Many of the major shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 5–10 minute walk, which made it very convenient for us. We could easily walk to places such as CentralWorld and Siam, and then come back to the hotel without having to worry about transportation.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The convenient location, comfortable room, good food, and especially the warm hospitality from the staff made our family trip to Bangkok even more special.
