Just like home

I stay at the Narathiwas Hotel several times a year, and I am always very pleased with the welcome the staff extends to me and my family. From the security and luggage staff who recognize and greet us with a smile, to the kindness and helpfulness of the housekeeping team and the efficiency of the reception staff, it is a pleasure to return every time.

Had the 3 person suite. It was very spacious and very quiet. The outdoor pool is wonderful. The hotel restaurant provides delicious meals too. Will stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Nice hotel

Great hotel for a family stay in Bangkok! The rooms were very big and spacious, and we really enjoyed the two large swimming pools. Everything was comfortable and clean.There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient. Good location both for short visits and longer stays in Bangkok.Breakfast, if not included, is available for 250 THB per person.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Narathiwas Hotel and residence, stayed 28th Feb until the 4th of March 2026, will be back soon 100%

Room was large and clean, staff were very helpful and had my air con fixed with 20min of me notifying them of the problem! Pool on level 5B is very cool and great position. Service on the ground floor by desk staff and the security/concierge staff is very good! Never too busy to help on any matter!

Hotel location is just 16minutes away from the center. Staffs are approachable, daily cleaning of room, refill of coffee, bottled water, and changing of bath and hand towels are nice. The food is not much of variety, maybe can add more or change menues atleast every other day. The pool was clean whild my kids enjoy much. Overall is okay juatbimprove with the daily menu.
