No pool available until May 2026 sometime, but still advertising as if it is. Signs are placed around reception informing that it is unavailable due to major maintenance. We would not of chosen this hotel if it had been advertised as no pool available.

Staff Promised Refund, Then Refused It – Very Unprofessional
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at The Rich Residence Sukhumvit Nana.
While checking out of the hotel on March 15, I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date through the Agoda app while I was still at the property. I immediately informed the reception staff. They told me not to worry and instructed me to submit a cancellation request through Agoda, assuring me that they would approve it immediately without any penalty so I could rebook the correct date.
Following their instructions, I canceled the reservation and immediately made a new booking for the correct dates. I even returned and stayed at the hotel again and paid for the correct reservation.
However, after leaving the hotel, they refused to approve the cancellation and charged me for the incorrect booking as a “no-show”, even though the mistake was reported immediately and handled exactly as their staff instructed.
What is even more frustrating is that the reception staff initially apologized for the inconvenience and clearly said that the refund would be approved. Later they completely changed their position, pretended they could not help, and started shifting the responsibility to Agoda and their internal “team”.
Additionally, guests were informed only after the reservation was completed that the swimming pool is not operational. This was not stated anywhere during the booking process, and there was no compensation or alternative offered despite the late notice.
It is extremely disappointing when a hotel gives one set of assurances in person and later denies responsibility while shifting the blame to the booking platform.
I hope the management will review this situation and resolve it fair

The Rich Residences are older with small rooms. Rich Grand is better, at same location and building, just more renovated. I was upgraded on the first day as AC in Rich residence did not work and could not be fixed.
Overall, my experience in buidling was good, many shops open till late night in basement.
The pool was being renovated during my stay but I was sent messages in advance for this.

Not a bad word to say about my stay here. Location excellent, lovely room, staff amazing, WiFi good, great shower, comfy bed, amazing pillows and loved the city views from the room.

Breakfast is very poor and stuff is not kindness food if you order don’t come soon this is the first time I have the bad experience more than 40 years. I am traveling all the world, but this time this hotel service andbreakfast is very wet.
