Dim sum buffet lunch with unlimited shark fin soup.
We brought the family to enjoy a buffet lunch at the Chinese restaurant in The Twin Towers Hotel. It's a dim sum buffet featuring shark fin soup, red broth soup, drunken chicken, fried dishes, and other Chinese cuisine. The buffet line also includes a wide variety of delicious and easy-to-eat dim sum, as well as desserts, fruits, and ice cream, with no time limit for each sitting.

Nice pictures on internet and in real life reception area. Service in reception need an uppdate! They did not find our booking when we arrived and when I showed my reciept they just stayed silent so we thought some thing was wrong. When I asked they said they thought we came with a group. There were 3 of us europeans and 5 Chinese people that was at the countrt when we arrived. What group?
We felt that couse we were backpacking we were not good enough. The gym demanded gymshoes and that info is not provided anywhere so we could not use it if we didnt buy new shoes. My son was not even alloud in to have a look. The beds are rock hard. My body was really sore every morning. Cleaning all good , furniture need an update. Old and stained. Bathroom ok. Lounge bar was verry spleepy and no music. The hotel are absolutely not in the heart of anything. The best thing with the area are the small family restaurants around with really nice food for a small amount of money. The day before departure I asked for a airport transfer and the answer was that they did not have that but could call us a Taxi. Can recomend everyone to download grab. (Like uber) best price. The sites on internet all say they provide that service but apperently not. Next time I will check more rewiews before booking.

I always come to twin tower Hotel since 10 years with family and there's this good manager called Jinjin she always take care of us and she give us what we really want!!! Thank you for the best service and quality

Rooms had visible black mould everywhere — inside almirahs, in the bathroom, around the beds, and even in the AC vents.
I had an extremely unpleasant and concerning experience during my stay. The rooms were infested with black mould — it was clearly visible inside the almirahs, in the bathroom, around the beds, and even in the AC vents. This is not just a cleanliness issue; it is a serious health hazard, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory concerns.
The beds themselves were old, dingy, and felt unhygienic, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The presence of mould in multiple areas shows a complete lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards.
This stay was meant to be a special birthday trip, but instead of enjoying the occasion, I was left worried about my health and extremely disappointed with the conditions.
I would strongly caution others before booking this property unless immediate and thorough corrective action is taken. No guest should have to stay in an environment that poses such a clear health risk.
