Shame about the location

Having the pool directly outside your door was lovely, fridge worked fine, TV good, shower and bath both good, air con and WiFi fine, Only real downside of staying here was the location, I was not aware of a shuttle service and it was not explained at all there was one, however they did have push bikes which were rusted and not cared for at all, they were more difficult to ride than actual walking, mine also had a flat tyre, generally they are very old and not maintained at all, the walk to the beach takes you through a couple of gravel tracks which do have wild roaming packs of dogs which were pretty scary, however even though they were intimidating they would just bark and run off together, fortunately they appear to be fed by the locals.

An excellent peaceful five days

An excellent five days at this resort. We had just come from a 5 star beach resort so this probably doesn’t help my thoughts on this place however it was a great stay and for the price great value. I don’t really have any negatives to say it’s just abit rough around the edges for example some missing tiles on the side of the main pool, on our private pool the wood was loose on the patio and it could do with a lick of paint/some new covers on the sofa inside the living room(lots of stains on it from guests who obviously don’t look after things) apart from that the bedroom was lovely and modern as was the bathroom the cleaners did a great job cleaning the room. The aircon was brilliant two huge TVs in both rooms with Netflix ect and the internet was also fab we managed to stream football with no issues. The breakfast was amazing getting to choose what you want delivering to your room every day with the latest time 10:30am which I thought was brilliant. There is a newer building in this hotel where I can imagine things are newer however this block does not have the private pool rooms. All in all a fantastic stay for the price you cannot go wrong. A nice quiet laid back resort there was a lot of times of the day when we opened the gates from our patio to go into the main pool that no body was in there and we got it to ourselves. Nothing around really within walking distance however very cheap to get a taxi using grab or bolt and in the day time staff will take you to the 7/11 in the tuk tuk for supplies. Food panda also offers very good delivery service of food if you want to stay in.

OK, since I'm not allowed to write what I experienced, I'll just leave it. I can't say whether I was satisfied or not, which is a shame. I'm also not allowed to show the photo of the dead cocoa, other people might not find it so great either. I won't write anything else here, because if I write what we experienced, I'll have to correct it. What a shame
