Great location especially for Songkran. Good food nearby. Walking distance to Lee Garden plaza. Ample parking. Good security.

The hotel itself is anything but bad.

Appearance, lobby is reasonably normal in this class. I had no problem checking in with the agoda reservation, but I didn't want to leave my passport, so a copy was OK. The room is not too small, with a double bed measuring 25 m2. There were no bugs, no cleaning, no air conditioning, no water supply or drainage, no toilets, no toilet facilities. Other facilities are unknown as it was a no-show stay. Go out the front door to the busy downtown area and walk left for about 10 minutes. This is where the bus from Ipoh arrived. Coming from Malaysia, it seems like a forbidden red light district. It's on a big one-way road, so it's not bad location and quiet around. Un-chan re-claimed it with a fare ticket when he arrived at the airport in an arranged car. The request to arrange a ride was made by an older lady (honorific title) at the front desk, who paid 240B for the arrangement via the app. I had arrangements made at three hotels in Malaysia, but there was a woman who showed me the fare and car number on the app screen and wrote it down, but I didn't show this acceptance, only OK. The car arrived and departed without waiting, but I was right to think it was young. He asked me to give him 118B to show him the app screen when he arrived at the airport. I had a hunch and said, "I've paid." Who should I give it to, Un-chan, who says, "Give it to Babber at the front desk" and goes inside with her luggage. If you really can't get the fare, there's nothing bearish about it. Both Un-chan and Babber are gurus and looking for a double-deal, if that's all right. It's better not to ask for money than this Babber. The hotel itself is not bad. In Malaysia and Thailand, morally, Allah came before Buddha. Even in Bangkok, change was made at stalls. Finally, I would like to see a market price of 118B to the airport using the ride-hailing app.

I was able to check in right away at 2pm. The room was basic but there was no hair dryer, safe nor a kettle. The room was big and spacious though the air conditioner made quite loud sounds when it was set to a lower temperature. The table in the middle of the room was able to be moved so we could combine our beds. The shower is all just basic. The shower head could be fickle. There was an instance where water wouldn’t come out even though it was on. Water pressure would vary depending on the rooms given. My room had a weak water pressure whereas my parents had a strong water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to check out late.

It was our second stay at this hotel and as expected check-in was very smmoth and the receptionist can speak english/malay. Hotel is centrally located only few hundred meters to most of downtown attractions places. Will definitely repeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay 🤗

good location, nearby Lee Garden and kim yong market, price also reasonable, fully recommend to who's wanted go to Hatyai.
