Wonderful stay
This hotel was staffed by warm, friendly and very helpful people. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfasts were spot on too. We enjoyed our stY very much.

Good location, friendly staff, nice setting
Large room. Large firm bed. Nice pool area. Down a very ordinary lane off the main road. The included breakfast isn’t an elaborate buffet like some places in Thailand but it’s good and enough! It’s also set in a lovely undercover outdoor area. Friendly and helpful staff
5-10 min walk to the Bluport shopping centre and a couple km to the 2 night markets, Cicada and Tamarind

The Prinz is a little oasis in downtown Hua Hin. It is very quiet, with a lovely pool area, and the staff work very hard to keep it clean and tidy. Would stay there again in a jiffy!

A couple of days, no more.
The location of the hotel is very successful - near the Blueport shopping mall, literally around the corner on a quiet street, although there is a slight nuance - on the other side runs the railway, it was even seen from the window, and the trains in the room are a little heard.
From Blueport Shopping Centre there is a controlled crossing with traffic lights to the sea side and a passage to the beach immediately to its left. The mall itself has a beautiful food court, all the popular shops and cafes. Also nearby always hang out tuk tuki and you can go either way - downtown or at Tamarind market.
The hotel is a five-storey building with an elevator.
The reception and breakfast room are located under the roof, but not in an enclosed room, so you do not have to count on air conditioning, only ceiling fans, also during breakfast, flying insects can be present.
Reception English-speaking.
In front of the hotel is a small swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a children's area and a decorative waterfall (which only worked in the morning), toilet and shower. The pool water is chlorinated. Pool bowl is clean, water too. The water temperature is good - not warm or cold, the swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
The property is small, but very beautiful, green and beautifully organized - lots of flowers, decorative decorations, gazebos. Separate smoking areas are available.
Our room was two bedrooms on the 4th floor.
The room features shower hats, cotton pads, piece soap, shower gel and shampoo, foot towels, faces and bath, bottled water. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, small refrigerator, tea and coffee set, dishes for serving. The glasses, although packed in separate bags, were found to be dirty.
No dental kits, slippers or gowns are provided.
The room is clean, no foreign smells, non-smoking.
Air conditioning is only available in both bedrooms, they are temperature and power controlled, work perfectly. The living room-kitchen only has a fan, which is of little use, and on the first night it broke.
All the windows have mosquito nets and there are also mosquito nets on the balcony door. The balcony is large, facing the pool, it has a large laundry dryer, table and chairs, a sofa. It's a great pleasure to sit on it tonight.
The mattresses are very hard on the beds, the pillows are also hard, the feeling of sleeping on rocks.
Each bedroom has closets with hangers and shelves. There was a safe, but not in working order.
In one of the bedrooms, the windows do not open to the street, but to the corridor that other guests and attendants follow, so they have to be kept permanently curtained - they are completely meaningless.
There is only one shower in the bathroom with a removable watering rod, which is not fenced at all. A towel rack falls when you try to hang towels on it. Plumbing isn't the most modern. You can't throw toilet paper down the toilet. Overall the conditions are spartan in the cottage style.
Breakfasts are good, designed for Europeans: custom-made egg dishes, buffet muesli, juice, fresh fruit, bread and toaster, butter and jams, pastries of several kinds, fresh vegetables.
In general, spending a couple of three nights in the hotel is quite possible, but staying for a week would no longer be as comfortable as you want.
