晚上外出回来后，房卡直接打不开房门，在门口折腾了很久，反复试都没用。虽然工作人员态度很热情、也一直在帮忙处理，但酒店设施实在太差，折腾了好一会儿才把门打开。
更影响体验的是水压极低、水流特别小，用着用着还直接停水了。询问后工作人员表示是水泵坏了，刚修好需要等上水，结果等了一个多小时都没来水，当晚完全没法洗漱，只能等到第二天再解决。
全程工作人员态度都还算客气，但设施老旧、频繁出问题、供水不稳定这些硬伤太影响入住感受，豪华泳池景客房的体验完全不达标，整体非常失望，不推荐入住。

Regarding the issue with the room door, after checking with our team, we were informed that the door lock battery had run out. Our staff replaced the battery promptly to resolve the problem.
For the water supply issue, it was caused by a temporary malfunction of the water pump system. Our records show that you reported this matter at 23:52, and our engineering team immediately worked to repair it. The issue was resolved approximately 30 minutes later.
Nevertheless, we truly regret the inconvenience these situations may have caused during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue to improve our facilities and maintenance to ensure a better experience for our guests in the future.
