Beautiful modern airport.
The country itself is beautiful, hot, colorful, tropical, very hot.
Everything liked, everything beautiful and modern.

Awful - i strongly advise not to stay there

Very dirty room and bathroom. Breakfast was also disgusting, you could only choose 1 of 4 dishes which were eggs or rice. In the Restaurant were plenty of ants. There are no local restaurants in the area. Very close to airport but it’s not worth to stay there even for one night.

Rude Staff tried to man Handel our friend

This was the worst experience of our entire Holiday. The staff was very rude and even tried to manhandle one of our friend.
Unfortunately we got room with a broken lock and it came off completely while opening the door. We then request them to change our room coz there was no way we could lock the room and we wanted to go out for dinner but this great person from the hotel staff rudely said ‘‘look at the time it’s 8pm does any one in your country work at this time’’ ?
After requesting once again these were his words ‘’don’t you understand English ? Don’t ask me again and again’’ while arguing with us he almost man handled one of our friend and left banging the door.
We didn’t really feel safe in the hotel coz this guy even threatened us by bending down the seat at the reception to grab something to hit us. ( screenshots upload above ^ of the video. Unfortunately there is no option to uploads on this platform)
Highly recommend every one to never even step in this hotel. It’s not at all safe to be around such people.

Good option

Good option if you have to stay near airport after or before your flight.even just few hundred meters away from Phuket airport they have free service. Just call the hotel when you arrive. Rooms are a bit small but newly decorated and clean. Breakfast is ok. You can left your lagguages for free for few days. This is really good.

Suitable for a one night stop over.

As a family with 2 young children, we stayed one night in a VIP room which had a King + Single bed. Unfortunately we had a bad start with the free shuffle service- The communication was appalling. They had instructed us to call as soon as our plane landed. We didn’t have a phone so we had to ask a shop keeper at the airport to use their phone. We got through to the hotel but trying to arrange pick up was frustrating as they could barely speak English. We waited over half an hour and no one came so we had to call again! It was 1am in the morning and we were exhausted from our flight. Eventually a young man in a mini van came to pick us up. The hotel was fairly close, but not walking distance with suitcases and children. The staff at reception were very friendly when we arrived. The room was basic but clean and quite modern. We could not see any mosquitos. The room was noisy throughout the night from the echo of disrespectful tourists talking loudly in the hallways. The beds were HUGE, but had rock hard mattresses and pillows! They had NOT set up a porta cot for our baby which we had requested prior to arriving. This was extremely annoying and inconvenient at 2am in the morning. The shower head was broken, but there was warm water. The air conditioner worked really well once it was turned on. Breakfast was included but very basic. The room had a mini fridge and they provided a few bottles of complimentary water. We found the hotel suitable enough for a one night stop over, but be warned about the shuttle service! A taxi might be worth considering.
